Firstly, I don't go to the iii website as I prefer more reliable sources of information. Go to European Nickel's website mate - all the information is there. Also, if JXTC et al decided to renege on the arrangement, which has all been signed, then they would be liable for some serious costs.

Why do you think there is a glitch with the Endeavour financing? The bridging loan is due for repayment on 20/10/2009 at which time the $20 million equity investment by JXTC is due to be completed, so ENK should be have $20 million in the bank then. After that, ENK can start to draw down on the $350 million debt financing and start the Caldag heap leach construction using the Rusina pilot as a blueprint. Also, ENK will gain up to a 40% interest in the Rusina Acoje project if they pay the total $10 million heap leach feasibility costs.

This analysis is way of the mark. Just taking the uranium interests alone everyone knows that Rossing South has bags more to go yet. But, now that Kalahari have grabbed a piece of Mozambique and likely more in Namibia, it makes the analysis obsolete.

Great posts mate... Looking at what this deal actually means, it looks like Kalahari has swapped just over 50% interest in a couple of not very attractive projects for just over a 40% interest in something many times more attractive and with far more potential. Is that what's just been done?

NRRP could be sitting on a fortune in Mozambique. None of the 32 licenses have been properly evaluated yet, but some surface sampling of gold looks interesting and a large uranium anomaly - I'm sure that KAH will push for early results here. Then, if they can scoop up some nice projects in Namibia, the upside to this could be huge. It is obvious that the potential value of all this is unknown at this point, so KAH will want to make it known sooner rather than later.

Also, if it means they are now in a stronger position to aquire new resouces, tht's good. Need to work out how good the gold prospect is that they are looking at buying.

There's a world of difference between the profitability of Medusa and Avocet. Avocet's production costs are $617 / oz for North Lanut and $607 / oz for Penjom. Compare these costs to Medusa at $219 / oz. Also, Avocet have been hampered by various power supply problems affecting production. The bottom line for investers is profit, with assets being secondary.

look at the volume - it's well below average, so there are no institutional or other big investers selling.

If the funding is not available by 20th then its time to panic. The closer it gets to the date when they have to pay the bridging loan back without the funding the more worried investers will be - those with the strongest nerve will win.

What's the atraction with this share? Are those s**g heaps going to rake in a lot of money?

Maybe investers have calculated that, if the bridging loan is due for repayment by 20 October then ENK will get its financing just before that. But, I would think people would jump on board soon.

It seems like an eternity waiting for the financing to be agreed. I think it is due to be finalised at end of Q3 - earlier than any deal for RMLA, but I have seen nothing to state that fact. Is that correct?

Which one is worth the most? The SP for each seems to be re-balancing.

I think investing in RMLA at this point is a very good decision. I have a position with ENK but not RMLA. Seems like it does not matter which one you invest in.

So looks like JXTC will get 100% offtake from ENK, but when you say they are trying to get a position with the other two, do you mean getting offtake from them also, or a percentage stake in all of them?
