RE: What a share27 Jun 2018 20:22
bassguy, there's always a point at which the SP runs out of steam, particularly between news announcents - after all, it never keeps going up in a straight line. So, performance over time is more important than short term swings. A lot will depend on whether the next 3 results reinforce the belief that Havieron is a very large and high quality system or not. But consider this scenario: how about if the next results from Havieron were not so good, but Ernest Giles results were excellent? I prefer to look over a longer time horizon and I don't expect every result to be perfect. What matters is, how likely are you to be wealthier in say 5 years from now than you are now? Do you see investing as buying a piece of a company you believe in, or just playing the market? Do you like the people running the company and do you trust them to do a good job? Every invester should think deeply about these questions.
