Also great that we've reduced production-related energy costs by 15% by hooking kit up to the grid too. Not just saving diesel but the logistics expenses in getting it onsite. My reading is that as things stand oil will vary between 52-62 bucks per barrel for a while but is expected to increase beyond 2026. Any oil investor who thought Trump was a good idea didn't foresee that one of his aims is to get the oil price down to keep US inflation in check. However, POO is so related to geopolitical forces, and the world is so unstable politically despite Trump's reassertion of American hegemony, that another crisis in any number of oil producing giants are always just around the corner. Current POO trends impact the MATD bottom line for sure but doesn't change current objectives - pumpingmore oil makes the company more resilient and financially progressive. As you say Investor, the renewables side could well act as a nice security blanket in the not too distant future.

Agreed, will be decent Friday FOMO this week as good news from Heron 2 very likely to drop next week. Of course, having Gazelle gusher in the bag already means that H2 is a bit of a free ride. Even if the news is that H2 will become an injector we know the news of Gazelle coming onstream to increase production numbers will follow by the end 9fthe month. Plus multiple other RNS's are in the pipeline. Nothing priced in yet.

Sunsteppe is clearly going places. It's front and centre of so much that is going on in the region wrt renewables, sustainability etc

Buck has often stated that the Mongolian's push towards renewables is gathering pace rapidly. It was a great decision to diversify in that direction so early with the Sunsteppe JV.

I think Buck is justing holding off with the H2 announcement until he can announce that not only is it flowing but that it has come straight onstream as the production facilities are already in place from the clean out and re-test.

Summer temperatures returning to Mongolia for the next few weeks according to the forecast. Should melt the wax and help that oil flow across all our wells! Lovely. Great weather to be working in.
