Indeed, the datasets were truncated and stitched back together to get the numbers they wanted. Note also that the met office provided locations of hundreds of weather stations on a FOI request, many of which did not exist. When challenged, they said those ones were estimated from nearby stations!

Well done Doug, I have seen the letter to Ben Haim now and your efforts in forming that legal group seem to have finally found closure for everybody. Hats off to you and your endeavours.

An opinion I have voiced to many privately on the matter is that Ben Haim is of a narcissistic nature and cannot and will not accept that he has failed. I believe that is what was behind his continued fictional exit that he dragged out over many years. Had he simply admitted failure, or walked away from it then we would not even be discussing it now. But Ben-Haim chose to double down on his own delusion that he could never fail after his initial flattering and undeserved success with BioSense.

I guess there will be differing paths on the next way forward. Some will accept it, chalk it off and move on. Some might seek to hold him to rights and even press criminal action. Some might take an old hat redemption. One thing is for sure, this miserable scrote's life has entered a phase that he will never recover from and that's how karma treats people who abuse and toy with others in the way this charlatan has done.

The dream is over but revenge is about to begin I suspect.
