If you google TDMS psi India and click on the TDMS report, we are listed on the top - now I wonder why. This will be the last report that would have been submitted to the govt of India - I think it's about 20 MB. some 400 pages.

The most important thing to note that it currently has the status as "RP" AND we are listed on the top - I guess in terms of priority. It is also important to note that it does not show "NULL" even with the change in the legislation that was brought in. The deal will soon be revealed with the GSI and our new JV Partner to be.

Agree AND the following sentence is very critical in what it is conveying to us all:

"the Company REMAINS in advanced discussions with a potential joint venture partner PENDING the resolution of the LFA" (LFA should read PLA as I mentioned earlier).

Both these strands will have to come together and will be disclosed to us together in an RNS. The amicable outcome with the Govt of Rajasthan seems to be getting closer and closer - I believe the first concrete signs of this appeared when, in the last Court session, it was stated that "both parties wished to defer"and (NOT just the Petitioner in all of the previous court sessions)

The last caps "LFA" at the end of the fourth paragraph I believe should read " PLA" (Prospecting Licence Application)?

I don't think this will require an amended RNS?

I was lucky at that price.

One thing to remember is that the cut-off mentioned by our JV partner that they are looking is 0.5g/T. This first phase have all shown over 1g/T. This is significant in establishing the target areas for the next phase of the drilling.

It's the volume in this area that is relevant. The grades are consistently over 1g per tonne.

This first phase was to expand the area and see the potential on the new zones identified.

"The company has no plans to list anything at this time". "Our immediate objectives are to RESOLVE the licence issue".
