I personally believe they are at the table again thrashing out the deal. Therefore, if we don't hear anything tomorrow then that's the clue and I would take it as a very positive step.

With all the troubles that the Rajasthan govt have given PAT so far, take it from me, they ain't gonna be part of any JV structure in the future and that's my belief. They have shown their colour and now they either come to an amicable agreement OR their destiny will be decided in International Tribunal

If it came to fighting the legal case ( and I say IF), then this won't happen in India. It will be in a neutral jurisdiction where Indian politics will have ZERO impact

I just checked my WhatsApp and looks like Mark must be very busy today as he has not viewed it as he does normally. I would not be surprised if he has sat in a conference call whole day. Wish I had hired a spy!!!!

Is the Rajasthan state govt taking their time to negotiate the deal - would be interesting to find out where Mark is now!!!!

India to come to an amicable agreement soon. The BAD option for them will be to pay out market value in an international tribunal and the Rajasthan govt will not be able to fund this from anywhere as the sum in my own view would be near enough $2Billion

Guys, Bhukia is a monster we all know too well. The strategy remains as per the RNS I believe and it's a win win situation as we will have the LCM facility in place as our backstop insurance.

The risk for the payout for the Rajasthan govt is just too high for them to risk and the reputational risk plus loss of goodwill is even higher for the Indian govt.

I expect good news one way or the other on this.

Unfortunately, could not bump into Mark but managed to speak regarding the questions raised here:

1) Bhukia is the main focus and not Teregoan at the moment

2) No, we are not going to be taken over

3) Where we have an amicable agreement, it should take about 4 years for the actual mining to commence - this is primarily due to design / construction etc which normally takes time. However, I assume the value should increase well before that as in the case of GGP.
