Just a quick note to say that Mark had a very busy business schedule and therefore I could not meet him today at the hotel. However, I might be able to meet him at the airport tomorrow as I am also flying out for a week with the family from the same airport.

It is my firm belief that Mark has laid out a generous plan to the Indian govt which would be a very fair play for all parties concerned and one which would hopefully be acceptable to the Indian authorities ( a kind of FINAL ULTIMATUM). They know all too well the risks of not accepting this. But for me, the first positive sign was the May court ruling where both parties' Counsel requested the extension for the next hearing date in July which I hope would be the final closing hearing.

This can only be good news.

Perhaps Mark will be able to throw more light, unless price sensitive, when I meet up with him.

Good very early morning to all. I was itching to write all day but just got free.

The good news is that Mark is going to be in London next week. I will be meeting him on Friday morning and I asked him if I could collate any questions that anyone may have from this board for his consideration. As always, Mark is happy with this. Therefore, may I please request if we could have a running list of questions and I can provide a snapshot of this to Mark .

Next week I believe will be exiting. GLA.

My guess is it will all be revealed NEXT WEEK and no later.

The trouble is that the news of the JV can drop anytime and then to buy any shares is near impossible with PAT.

It's a win win situation. My belief is that the additional time that was announced for the LCM funding was really to enable the matters to be wrapped up in India and not triggering the claim under the bilateral treaty as otherwise there is no going back. Just imagine the damage this would do the goodwill built up between the two nations and the joint working arrangements in this filed.

Have the JV Terms in principle been agreed and then it will be all go when the govt clear is received. Both to be announced in tandem.
