Its natural for us to defer since PAT wants to ensure the clauses in respect of rewarding LCM for any early settlement on Bhukia are signed and sealed by end of July deadline date. This request I think is coming from LCM.

So we have requested the adjournment - now that's very interesting!!!!

Not really sure how long MB will be in India. However, as I understand it, whenever there was a court hearing, it was attended by the respective Counsels. In this instance, it seems like he had to be there. So, my thinking is that there defo appears to be some significant development going on.

Which LCM can sell later at a higher price in the market

The agreement does indeed appear closer and LCM does not just want to drop out having done quite a bit of the work so they want a small cut from the award of the Bhukia licence presumably in the form of shares in PAT

Guys - I may be completely barking up a wrong tree BUT I can't stop thinking that the reduction in funding is linked to some sort of partial agreement MB has secured with the Govt of Rajasthan.

WHAT IF the Govt of Rajasthan have CURRENTLY agreed to giving a Prospecting Licence for PART of our original licence package that includes PART of the area with a combined JORC of 7million ounces with a further agreement with the Govt of Rajasthan to increasing our PL based on level of expenditure spend over the next 5 years or so and certain milestones achieved.
