If they were moving the EGM from 5/11/20, surely today's meeting would have stated that this was superseded.

Am I correct - there are 2 meetings taking place:

(A) On the 3/11/20 - As per the first attachment, where there are 3 items on the agenda

1. Recommendations on the amount of dividend on the Company shares for 9 months of 2020 and
proposals for record date.
2. Preparation to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
3. Report of the Board of Directors of the Company, OUTLINING A REASONED VIEWPOINT of the Company
Board of Directors ON THE ITEM OF THE AGENDA for the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.

AND (B) on the 5/11/20 - where the agenda is "The Company's transaction".

So - outlining a reasoned viewpoint in 3 above on 3/11/20 in relation to transaction on 5/11/20.

Just caught up with all the posts - amazing stuff.
Cant think anything to do with dividend.

I have been reading the NN dividend policy document headed "Regulations on
Dividend Policy
Public Joint Stock Company
Mining and Metallurgical Company Norilsk Nickel ".

Clause 4.4 states "Resolution on dividends payment (declaration) shall be adopted by the General Meeting
of shareholders". Cant find any declaration of 2020 dividends for either the first 6 or 9 months 2020.

Clause 8 states "The Company shall post the Regulations on the Dividend Policy, including amendments
thereof, on the website of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel in the Internet: www.nornik.ru.

Agree. The chinese are known to throw any amount to outbid rival. In a recent case of a gold miner, Cardinal Resources, against Noregold's 45.7 Australian cents, Shangdong I think came up with a A1 dollar rival offer per share.

I do bot have scientific background but after reading you post, I did some research and agree to what you are saying. Please see attached research which concludes that palladium filled cathods ( as opposed to palladium coated ones) results in much less formation of lithium peroxide and lithium carbonates and enhances battery performance.

The fact that they were paid by EUA does not render them non- independent.
