that is a great find investing wizard- i too do not recall this being said elsewhere . It bodes well

it was my attempt at a general word because I couldnt remember the jargon they used.So they had a choice as to how to market the drug - one was going it alone .Another was partnering .To go it alone they said they would need to recruit people in the six months running up to the FDA approval. They did not do that.That cries out they have a partner in the wings.And it is common for licencees to pay large up front fees- I recall jimbobtechstock saying that it was a possibility after the first and second phase 3 trials succeeded.And that is why in my view they had no fall back position. IF they get approval the deal will be announced and there will be no further need for EQUITY . That is my best guess and also one I have backed with a considerable sum. I hope I am right .But the surprise of GL that they hadnt received te FDA tick I thought was genuine and I hnk we will get approval .........time is moving so quickly eh?

good summary- one additional point- they did not recruit marketeers running up to the approval- strong indication there is a commercial deal lined up .And funds were raised minimally recently .There is a deal with a large up front payment coming !If we get approval.....
I have doubled my holdings since the CRL........
Plus the recent deal announced re C F -another good sign

3.14 It was ok for them to mention the test run without naming the provider. Why not follow up afterwards to say it was successful and launches expected in due course ,or that the provider has decided not to proceed for whatever reason?

On credit caads that was indeed forgotten at your meeting-or not. They have a deal in the background in my judgement As soon as we get approval it will be announced That is why no recruitment. That is why no fund raise. An upfront licence fee will mean no further dilution. That is what I believe and why I have added. Hope I am right

We need news........ I hope this is joy deferred rather than dashed but I am less convinced than I used to be. PC01 is helping shore me up with his inside track for which I am most grateful.
