I thought he said they would need likely to do a full comparator trial including efficacy?Anyway we can listen to it again in due course. The one ray of hope is if they could do this study as part of a new one on habp ,which he didnt rule out...but that could man longer delays ?not sure about how advanced habp plans are.

agreed- they were very unwilling to spill the beans on the timelines ,even approximately. GL had it dragged out of him that it would be regarded as a major resubmission of the NDA which then gives FDA another six months review period .And that is after the NDA is submitted which we know took a good while .And before that they have to do more trials - all for a lousy 1.9% of the population who did get some liver reaction. And my worry is that to get a reasonable number of people they will have to do loads of people if only 1.9% actually get a reaction. Very very poor performance .All for the ake of a lack of common sense- you had the patients there -you cant get em back - do more than you need to!

could be an upfront licence fee- could be a loan - so not necessarily dilutive. They have something up their sleeve or else they would have raised earlier imo

Yes the assist and revive trials both formed part of the nda so twice as much as would normally be available for review and they only had 6 months and they knew there was previously an issue re the liver So understandable they might try and buy time.
