Hi all.....in that conference call Graham had no problem publicly saying that at this juncture there was no apparent request for further testing . Following the May CRL meeting I cannot see that he cannot make the same statement in an RNS if it still applies ,and maybe in a more definitive way . This is a huge concern for investors and if the fear of another massive dilution disappears the share price should partially recover. I do not see why they have to wait for the minutes to make that statement as it should be clear at that stage .Even get FDA permission/agreement at the meeting to make that statement.

I used to have meetings with HMRC .II would always draft the minutes afterwards and send them to them for amendment /input. This saved weeks ................ IF the issue in the CRL is relatively discrete will FDA need 30 days to minute that,and if so maybe we could help them draft.

Time is of the essence here in my opinion and if I were MTFB board I would be doing everything I could to update shareholders on projected timescales for resolution.

this is exactly the kind of loose end i wrote an email about a few weeks ago-lots of kites flown by the company but w never hear what the result was eg the credit card test run project dec 17 from memory -poor show

i dont read that in the rns?they have reduced a further 1% or so but the first sale was only about 1 third of what they needed and about 1% .So mau be some more to come

they have sold some more shares- now down to 5.5%

yes I have averaged down by doubling my holding -not insubstantial -in three tranches since feb 13th - for a few reasons.
The surprise that GL expressed on the conference call that they had not got approval.
The fact that they had not raised funding to deal with that contingency (no matter that that was poor management in my view)
The difficulty the FDA faced in looking at not two phase 3 trials but four at a time when their resources were strained.
The fact that they had three experts looking at the liver issue in advance of the submission ,and the old GL video saying three years ago that liver impaired patients would need a different treatment.
The fact that funding is now completed to take us to that first new hurdle.
The confirmation that it is a Type A meeting ,and that 60 days FDA turnaround following a new NDA
And we passed both Phase 3 trials.......................................................
On balance i think this is a risk worth taking.My average is now 21p from 35 p . I hope I am right.

And as for tech Tom and his prediction of an interesting week........more b s. He has no shame that guy !

Whilst this dilution is most unwelcome a calm head is needed.They do not say profitability break even in 2023 -that is on the basis of existing deals -see extract below. They also say it is hard to forecast. and they are excited ....if they can pull off more deals then that will be blown out of the water .Keep calm and carry on .

i see the RNS states there will be no update re FDA outcome until the meeting minutes are received. I think this is a bit disappointing . They could have issued a caveated RNS giving feedback on what they understand the FDA needs and whether it involves lots of resources and time or not , and that is huge info in terms of timescales ,funding,commercial deal .Shame we have to wait thirty days in limbo if there is an alternative approach but as one poster pointed out maybe there is a protocol?But overall I am pleased .

Ivy I know that was their aspiration("end of this week" I think he said) -if you have some better knowledge that's great - dont know why they couldnt have confirmed that in the RNS though .
Agree re FDA and fundraise. Hope the FDA comes first or we will be diluted more.

I was disappointed Graham didnt say on what date they submitted the package.I suspect this is because it was later than anticipated and that then feed into the timescales.But he could have given that concrete info and I think that looks bad and even evasive.
But the better indication for me was that the RNS talked about cooperation with FDA over the coming WEEKS-not months .Maybe wishful thinking but that seems to me to be very positive.

sensible questions but ignores the risk that through extensive dilution on a new equity raise at these low prices existing shareholders do not get the reward they are due for taking the risks to date which were considerable ie phase 3 tests

hence my belief that if the board can share any positive info or even just factual info such as meeting date it will help to mitigate such dilution.

trouble is the margin might be huge but it counts for nothing unless you sell .sales are flat

I once had a share that dived terribly- ddd 3d television related - but i held .It was starting to recover by using the tech differently. Next minute from left field a Management Buy Out-we lost virtually everything

.this is on my radar now ....the change in approach from kongats on the communication front is perplexing .....and the lasr RNS was designed to worry us about a profit warning....

And why can’t they announce that 30 days before the minutes are received? Why can’t they announce the meeting date? We are in extremis.
