i wouldnt have though so-those cases are listed for hearing mid next year- it is a long process of lodging claims and defences and getting/providing disclosure ,the latter amounting often to hundreds of documents . I wouldnt be holding my breath as I said before .

I always accept I am not a techie. But I have many others skills and qualifications and one of those is being able to communicate complicated issues such as tax in Layman’s terms when necessary. sheltie my take on that call was that they anticipated having the funding to see them out until after the FDA meeting.If it is confirmed the issue is one of date extraction or analysis rather than further trials I anticipate the share price will rise and the fund raise can take place at a sensible level .In addition if it appears the approval is likely to be given I reckon there are commercial partners in the wings who could easily finance the next few months with up front licence fees or loans
So I take comfort from that call .....in particular the surprise expressed by the company that this liver point was an obstacle to approval
