I just don’t think it would be within fsa rules for a significant change to the company’s projected financial position to not be announced immediately G L said there was no apparent need for further trials If that had changed then an announcement would be required And let’s face it further major trials were always unlikely given the two sets of phase 3 trials. I think we can indeed form a judgement on this at this stage . The dog did not bark !
And I also think a deal is waiting in the wings and it will mean no further dilution of any significance and that is why they did not proceed to hire people over the last six months or so.

Been pointed to this share by Parkez,so new to it ,but that would seem to be concern -any rebuttals?

This guy is a HNW chap because he earned it all- he was a very young partner in Touch Ross when I joined aeons ago. He was very good on identifying good management .Went into industry and was very successful. I am very hopeful he may have a positive input in discussions with AK. But he is no fool and I think it is a very positive sign that he has invested here. And he plays a mean game of golf!

And I note he is getting his excuses in early for the court cases - long drawn out and costly (albeit necessary) and will show up in the accounts . Do you still see early settlement TT ?! the reason for the share price fall is simply lack of substantive news- I was trying to persuade you of that .t was predicted by me at the date of the interims
i still hold all my shares on the basis I hope the new 3v product is going to be a game changer and through FOMO ,but I am certainly chastened by the performance of the company both in terms of actual results but also the PR-loose ends......and if that Murata concern is real I cannot see how that should not have been announced and explained to the market.That would be a real concern.

I continue to hold but it is now FOMO! If I had my time again I would not have been taken in my the hype for which AK was responsible only yo disappear from our sreens -probably through embarrassment

What evidence have you for any shorting of this stock
it has gone down as I predicted at the interims due to a total lack of news ,and that will continue until we get some .Simples

rebarm I am sure the FDA do not care- but the Board should ,and again I cannot see the harm in such an RNS from FDA side,and I can see a lot of good for LTHs .But as you say no point debating further .

I think you have a low opinion of the people at the meeting if you think they cannot come away without being sure about whether further extended tests are needed or not(and the need for a huge fundraise).And you ignore the point that Graham has already indicated that was his belief publicly. You also ignore the possibility that the FDA could agree to that limited RNS . The reason I think it is important is that it would give a welcome boost to the extremely low share price quickly and reduce chances of a low ball bid .And shareholders nursed heavy losses would be easily mitigated.

That restricted RNS is all I was suggesting but I agree its likely they will not do this -they should imo .
