I suspect people are forgetting UK tax will be payable on the profits from the wells even if georgian tax will not be paid .So that knocks 19% of the projected cash flows.Then there is the question of the PE - that is only relevant if there is a multi annual stream of future icome projected a la BP or Shell. I dont know how many years are involved with BLOCK but it seems to me that point has not been addressed by the dreamers
