another point is that motif directors cannot enter into contracts ,buy on credit etc if they are unable to see whether they will have sufficient equity within a reasonable time frame -this would be an offence for which the directors would be personally liable . They cannot wait till the last minute.This leads me to hope they have a reasonable plan where they can clearly see they will not run out of funds.ie I would be hoping for announcements not at the end but a few weeks before that ie around now !

It has happened to me a few times and I see the same patterns All herdy hype to get the share price up with projections of fortunes and then suddenly the floor collapses and a dearth of news exacerbates the fall Just trying to warn you to be less certain and be more circumspect. Yes bill. I was an accountant and tax professional and I just hate to see blatant lies to support a ramping position. I suppose that is why i eventually crack and criticise even where I don’t hold as here. But I own many other shares and take the same view. Welcome challenges and highlight stupid ramps. Hard to see how that fits in with the troll hypothesis eh? The rampers have fled the scene. The trolls hold fast. But we challenge .....it’s not negative it’s realism. Events dear boy- I change my mind when the facts change- the little matter of failure to obtain FDA approval (against the odds we thought at the time).That event was cataclysmic as it puts the whole of the company's existence in doubt .
And why we hold still is that we have lost so much money the final couple of pence is neither here nor there -it is called hope
That is all we have ..... and the last thing we want to see is somebody who came in around 2 trying to make it into something we all know it isnt .No balance old chap. We are in dangerous waters ......

Well i am sorry but I still dont think you are right- and you certainly were wrong on the share price jump . Too many of your posts are overly optimistic- this company is in trouble and I fervently hope they succeed as I have loads of these.But I wont believe every post that tells me things are great and the share price is gonna jump - here or on other boards- the funding is key -this rns is around the edges in my view and the market seems to agree

yes agreed -they do seem to be carrying on as if they are not concerned about their continued existence .....maybe that is a positive ,or at least a straw for clutching at!
