He wasn’t that way three years ago when he was regularly appearing with very positive messages? ! I too fell for the hype eg truck start. .... holding and hoping but for how much longer?

And this prediction ignores the fact that last time Arpida was acquired for 6m dollars by MOTIF at inception even when there was no certainty of the way forward.We are much further advanced data wise ,with a clear pathway to approval, an effective antibiotic,and we know we have been talking to various potential commercial partners for the last year or so . I think that has informed the proposals before us ,and my own view is that there will be sufficient cash after paying off Hercules to make all that cash shell /warrant hassle worthwhile for everyone.
But that is only my own judgement ,and new investors should stay away until it becomes clear what is happening.
ps It is a further good sign that we got the minutes so quickly - the FDA are on side -and it gives us more time to finalise the deal with a partner before the cash runs out .

ps and we shouldnt have too long to wait now to find out given cash constraints.

But I do think there is a partner -and a deal to do- its a question of how much ,and whether there is an auction.
But I wouldnt advise new investors to invest here until that becomes clear-too risky .LTHs have a different perspective.

No its approval for Iclaprim to be used full stop - not stated that abssi was also in the mix because it is bleedin obvious.

Again the subtle stress is on getting a partner .....
What I dont get is why they dont say how many people need to be in the next trial?And why they havent said that they have appointed a sale agent as mentioned in the last RNS. Maybe they dont need one.........

Had a quick look through the accounts to date to get a feel for the financials . Total r and d costs amount to c 76m dollars, so somewhat less in sterling.And in addition we acquired the rights on set up which cost 6m dollars . Around a total of 64 m sterling at current rate of .8 to the pound .Of course the original developer would also have incurred development expenditure but I cant access that .

I noted the following in my perusal

Your conclusion that the cash shell meant it would be low risk misses the vital step that there has to be cash in it !And that only happens if we get a deal . You conclusion was I am afraid superficial and I took it to mean you were another ramper like stocktrader and lb28 . I apologise if that was erroneous .
And I have read that RNS several times.....
