How do you know that share price was right and not overblown dear boy. And so do I !

I have reworked the numbers I ran a few weeks ago in the light of latest info .
I assume all warrants are exercised ,so that gives a share total of 485m plus 97 m(hercules) plus 25 miillion(the latter being directors warrants) total 607m
I assume the capital raise is fully used on expenses.
I assume we still retain the 2.4m us dollar settlement .say 2m sterling
And we have a liability to hercules of 5.6m sterling ( dollars at .8) which needs to be repaid .
So if we sell iclaprim for 10m pounds we have to pay of the net 3.6m liability .That leaves 6.4m stg which is around 1p er share . I recall when we acquired arpida we paid between 5 to 10m dollars for the intellectual property and rights- we know far more now and have all those tests under our belt.
If we sell for 20m pounds then the net position increases to 16.4m which equates to 2.7p
30m is probably a stretch though only roughly half of our costs spent on trials from memory ,but if we got that then we would have 26.4m which is 4.3p per share
Lets see what happens - of course we need a buyer ,and the s price is dicounting that chance.But for those of us stuck in since feb debacle I think there is still some reasonable partial recovery possible-though none of us will be back to break even.

Perhaps cheaper for a partner to buy the whole shooting match than pay what they were expecting to pay for iclaprim? Currently co valued at 2m after paying off 6m debt I hope they don’t stiff us even further than we have been already!!

Not sure I fully agree with that point re reassuring voters before the vote Latino. I voted for because it keeps hope alive ie Tina! We will see ... but I still reckon they would not bother with all this if they expected a surplus on sale of a few grand. But wouldn’t be the first time I have misjudged this share ! Good luck

Yes. They are now bronze shares instead of gold but still 42 pounds worth If they sell iclaprim for more than the loan due then they might be worth more. That is the acid question. How much can they sell it for So you still are in the game and it is afoot ! But I am afraid you will not cover your losses. For42 it’s not worth selling anyway

I for one expected a much quicker growth in income and eps - based on the RNS and video streams which we now know were unrealistic. That is not to say that growth may not still come-that is why people like me and Open continue to hold at least for the moment . Despite the rampers not because of them. And we have the right to call them out when they produce pure baseless ramps .... .eg Tech Tom,PS 68 ,Welsh Vagabond,..... where are they now....?

all very well but is the income from that that new business included in the results for 2019 ,or still to come in the current or future years. ?If the former then it hasnt amounted to much?Maybe the cheap as chips variety ?!Also why no RNS - because its small beer?
If still to come I wish they had made that clear.

Having reread what is the first para in the chairman’s statement a few times I do now wonder whether this prime position and what he states is a hint that they are looking at some form of takeover (of us or by us)or merger which has not progressed sufficiently to announce It might explain the delay in getting the accounts out. It is just an odd statement coming where it does. And really waffley.
So many kites flown the last three years I am close to caving but will give it another shot up to the interims And I think AK s hiding now because of all the disappointments There was a time he was always appearing on videos ....
