That is not their plan. I suppose if they can’t sell iclaprim for a decent price there will be no need to carry on. But if that happens the co will be worthless delisted or not! Hope not but I wouldn’t recommend you invest unless you have the money to blow! It is a big guess.

I just added that 1 million.I cant believe there will not be material value in Iclaprim given the data ,patents and stock of the drug.And I doubt they would be going through all the post sale admin unless they expected a few million left to transact with .

And the sale price will be based on projections of sales contained in the Information Memorandum(not sales to date) ,as supported by evidence of interest from potential partners ,and evidence from the clinical trials they were running with clinics to restrospectively confirm Stonechecker's prediction capabilities..
I would expect the process of sale to be quick as we are basically selling an asset ,there is no history of a company to look into for past liabilities hidden away ,ie no extensive due diligence of past compliance with eg tax returns .
I draw great comfort that managment has some serious skin in the game,and they have a good track record .

Not sure he dealt with the change in the assessment of stonechecker/marketing strategy since October that well. But you can see that he is very excited about the new products under development and that he regards Stonechecker as valuable but not a patch on the other products' potential.
I can see a sale being agreed within three months and millions coming our way ,which given his satisfaction on the relatively small capital raise this year must in my view mean they are going to really push on with the new products and also will not have to raise more capital. he seems an honest chap but also has a real interest in the company share price increasing.

It seems to me this is very good news overall,because they are doing this to get funds up front ie now and then accelerate the development of their other products which are for addressable markets which dwarf stonechecker.(I recall mention of 30 times bigger but that may be senility).This is what I expect him to say in the video.I hope we get a bounce.....
