ps sorry for the question but havent been following the history- do we own all that gas or a portion of it?

less tax 20% and converted to uk sterling 80% its then around 640 million- still a handsome reserve
Is the gas reserve proven- it says unrisked somewhere- is that the same as derisked or just not risk assessed as yet?

foolish naivety from People power. If he knew the history he would know that the company has so often flagged great new projects and high expectations....truckstart was my catalyst. There are many loose ends where projects have been initiated and we never hear the outcome. Research goes only so far I am afraid- it is no guide as to whether the sales will happen .For the three years I have been invested here we have had many hypers all posting "great research" about he growth in the s c market.(most have disappeared whilst I and other so called trolls still hold) That is not enough - we have to get the deals.....and all the licences in the world do not equal sales.And no research I have seen has predicted that - and if you think about it if it was that easy we would all be millionaires. We have the sweeties in the shop but not enough people are coming in..so far. Why I continue to hold is nothing to do with research =it is hope and FOMO to a degree. But I have other irons in the fire and maybe I will be switching soon as my patience is running out..................But i hope that the results outlook statement will be positive-they are running it close to the deadline...the 3v is the hope .....

It has been a big disappointment so far . I have edged down my holding a bit now to reinvest elsewhere where things seem to be happening.

the adrs have to have a minimum trading value of $1 .There are 20 shares in each ADR I recall?
So using an exchange rate of 0.8 ,that then indicates a 4p per share requirement ..Maybe that is a subtle clue that there is some value.
I reckon that equates to roughly 30million quid for the sale ,assuming all the shares subject to warrants are exercised.....and hercules is paid off .

Mr Italian good point re the ability/requirements to retain the nasdaq listing ie you need some assets ! That had escaped me so thanks -will have a look back at that rns ...

they have to issue results by 31 october as c j pointed out- try to keep up please!!

the hercules 5p warrants everyone got excited about seems to have changed now to .042p warrants . So further dilution ,or at least less cash coming in for that dilution.Similarly the warrants for the non execs sound trivial but would seem to be roughly one third of the amount we have had to issue 140m shares to raise ie 600k -so further dilution.
All that said my instincts are now that they wouldnt be bothering with all this unless they expected to get a sizeable sum for iclaprim
So I am going to switch off now ,hold to the death and see what's left on the offchance there might be some cash after all the disbursements.
Interesting they havent ruled out keeping the nasdaq listing- I think this is a change from the interims?dont kno what to make of that

C j thanks for the reminder re 4 months. I had forgotten .That may have prompted a bit of activity from the buy on expectation and sell on news brigade..slight positivity today for a change.
