if that totalled 2.5m the company would be worthless.
fortunately somebody did the sums pre tax-a 100m npv surplus over time .so there is real value .But tax needs to be deducted
As Sheds indicates that npv may have risen now - I presume that will be updated in the next WA report sheds?
The point I was making was that there are always risks - take COVID 19 for a start- which can occur in a long term project and a buyer will not want to do all the work but take all the risk- a shared pot more likely
i recall somebody posting a guide on how to value mining companies and in one case it represented 1 per cent of npv.?ie the npv is the starting point for a negotiation.

Yes indeed that is why I invested! But let’s not get carried away. And I said that the estimate may well have increased since we haven’t an update on that npv so far as I know. But to just quote the value of the assets without taking into account costs to extract and tax is just not right and yet two people said it.
But again the buyer will not be paying the full npv as he will want a bigger return for taking the risks.
I would be happy with a 10 bagger from here if it was quick !

The assets have to be mined When I invested here first it was on the basis of a report that talked about a net present value of around 100 million That May have gone up a bit Then you have to take tax off. So around 70 million. Can’t remember if that’s was dollars or sterling. It’s still pretty good compared to today’s value but 450 a share is a pipedream And remember the buyer will not want to pay all that as they are taking on the risk.

Even a modest trading update would be welcome !

If you listen to the last couple of proactive videos he says that that will provide it for free as long as they can. It was left open. But I think the strategy is to get nhs endorsement as a means to selling everywhere else ! The next nhs trust sign up will I think be pivotal . I hope so !

The plan is to market to private hospitals within the U.K. ,overseas healthcare systems, and other outlets eg vets. And then the nhs once the pandemic is over. Clearly young Tom has persuaded a number of institutions. That this plan is a runner.
