i would expect the sale will need board level approval in the acquiring group. probably the board or sub committee wil be back in october following the summer break . i have a good feeling about this.

My first big loss was energis. Invested more when they said they were funded to profitability. Six weeks later they went bust. Sometimes you do the wrong thing for the right reason. Sometimes though you get lucky. I think the key is to remain unemotional and only bet what you can afford to lose. I do this to try and get some heavy funds to help my lad with a house and other family. So I take big bets that would be significant if they came off. They did with pace micro twice and iqe. But then came Gladstone and Mtfb So overall I am up but I hope this one does come good as I am in big time . Hey ho. Good luck. It is fun though. A hobby in my declining years. You can say that again mr 30! A disaster and I still fail to see where it all went wrong given we were working with fda oversight. Anyway water under the bridge. I am hopeful that this one and feedback medical will recover my losses. And quickly. ... cheers
