Dosh I would expect the due diligence will not take long as the purchaser is not buying the company but rather the asset. This means the history of the company is irrelevant as any skeletons are left behind. So the main purpose seems to me to ensure we have ownership of the IP. Any projections of future sales etc will be looked at I would have thought for negotiation of the price. Neither of these should take too long. Also coorespondence to confirm we can market around the world eg the fda clearance. So I reckon it will be a very short checklist of risks they have to cover off.

My god a couple of these already have 140000 and 50 000 nhs users. It would be great if we could win those But I am amazed at how many competitors there are. We have the advantage in the area of clinical diagnostic quality But I wonder how often that is needed. For example some images eg a would may only need a photo. That said if we offer it all wouldn’t that be easier. The tender for a clinical communication tools framework was published last week and is set to close on 6 July. The contract is due to commence on 27 July, 2020 and run until 26 July, 2022, with a potential extension for 12 months.
I guess that means we didn’t enter or if we did we didn’t win !

0.05 was the right price before -that is the value to a company of motifs listing. the rest is hogwash.
if you remember when motif first mentioned rto they said they were "agnostic" over who they did the RTO with industry wise -BECAUSE IT DIDNT MATTER .I am afraid iclaprim could not be sold because nobody wanted it all of value left is the listing .
