I may be stoned to death but I thought there was a lot of straight talking there,and it seems they are getting on with the job eg 20 per cent cost cutting ,without maybe getting that over to the shareholders well enough.Anyway I have added this morning and will hold now .......

During 2020 the Board has implemented a cost reduction strategy which includes a 20% reduction in Directors' and senior managements' salaries and fees. The objective of this cost cutting exercise is to conserve the group's cash reserves, particularly during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
they did this without fanfare ? i am happy with options provided the strike price is set high enough

From a skimm i thought i saw they had reduced salaries for directors since the start of the year?
and the consolidation per se doesnt change anything.And may lead to reduced admin costs .
-for balance.
I am going to top up a bit to get a round sum multiple of 500 and reduce average a bit.

A because I was heavily invested and interested in this share from the first phase 3 result so want to see how it pans out and

B I couldn’t stand by and watch those chancers such as monster munch come into the boards spouting lies and rubbish to sucker in punters and make a quick buck and then sell out

There is always room for debate on eg valuations but these should be based on facts not fantasies and downright lies I am an anti ramper not a de ramper. And as stated I will not be buying here again.

The trouble with all this is that we have lots of unknown valuations both with llamelar and iclaprim and their interaction . my own view is that neither is worth 150 m in combination given what happened with iclaprim. And if it is essentially of little valuation currently then no matter what the valuation of llamelar existing shareholders will either be diluted to oblivion( high valuation) or receive a bigger chunk but of a very small pie(lower valuation)
That is why I sold out in the end. I could be wrong but I have seen little evidence that there is a big valuation coming

Thanks for the link. Why does that not bear out what I am saying viz the amount of dilution will depend on the relative values of the two companies ? You can’t generalise that it will be of a similar order in this case. No indication of the relative values in that Arpida case so hard to tell
The rto would save listing costs. Anything above that 0.5 m would be ascribing value to iclaprim that in an outreach nobody wanted to buy. So I think the 0.05 pence value of a few weeks ago assumed that. No evidence of any reason that was wrong. And once again the losses have no value.

The company with the losses is motif bio inc. it is being liquidated and has ceased to trade. Gawd help us. So much b s on here.
As I understand in an rto the private company shareholders are issued with shares by the U.K. motif company In return the private company contributes its assets to motif. In the process the relative valuations of each company’s assets will be assessed. Motifs assets are relatively small So if there is a significant value in the private company then a significant value of shares will be issued by motif. Ie dilution of existing for existing shareholders. Shareholders in llamelar are saving listing costs and maybe Getting an interest in iclaprim If there is a huge value to llamelar the shareholders therein will want a massive dilution. If not then there will not be a big pie to share out. Either way existing shareholders will not benefit very much. The point is iclaprim could not be sold despite a significant outreach program. It has little or no value. It may be developed further but llamelar are going to pay for that. Not pay us. Sorry but there you go. I am on that boat. Ignore the shysters who have just appeared to hold themselves out as experts to make a quick buck out of the people they con. Unsconscionable lot

150 million ? What is the basis for that. And you are seriously suggesting llamelarvwould give up 59 m of value to acquire an asset that will need millions spent on it with no guarantees? If they give legacy shareholders 1 per cent that would be a good deal for motif shareholders. All fantasy

They are building existing stock of the treatment How can that include iclaprim when it is not fda approved?
The agreement preceded the failure of fda approval
In my view Watson it is all a pipe dream. Lllamelar May want our listing but that is worth little. Iclaprim May be further developed but that will take millions. And time. Current shareholders will not reap those rewards

All I can say is that there were 17 m shares traded today. I still maintain that Lombard can offload steadily and the market can absorb it. But I do not know the intricacies of the market. We also do not know what price Lombard sold at. No tr1 so why do you think it’s with one party ? Could it be a market maker buying at such a low price they know they can offload at a profit ?
All a bit of a distraction in my view. The worth of the rto is bacsically the cost savings of a new listing Others have said that about 500 k All attempts to sell iclaprim have failed. Sad but there you are. There may be future development but the Development risk and reward will be for the new shareholders IMO of course

I am hoping we might get an income stream from eg Europe earlier than nhs which will reduce or eliminate the need for a further raise. Interested to see what we are earning on the new Us fluoroscopy business Or whatever it’s called Progress so far has been remarkable. Cheers
