as i said yesterday i dont agree there is a precedent here as the case never went to jury trial.Companies have settled or failed to pursue their defence but we havent had any legal arguments in a jury setting .

funnily enough i was going to look into that.as a former accountant i find it hard to believe you can simply transfer assets out of a company to potentially avoid a legal claim. That said the alternative might be a liquidation is needed but at least then the creditors all get a fair share. I did say that around the time but never followed it up it is though u s law so i wouldnt have any knowledge of that ...
and for balance i believe the first rns that mentioned this was the accounts where they were very pessimistic whereas there seemed to be a softening of that in the recent rns where they seemed to suggest there was more of a possibility.

we need more posters like you AA as opposed to BIG NEWS Kencarv whose posts are useless . we need balance on here not the vacuous ramping .

correct me if i am wrong but the ioxus case was set for a jury trial. ioxus failed to defend so we won and the judge awarded damages. .there is no precedent if it goes to jury trial?

no there wont be a big slump on admission of shares -we had the fall on the announcement-the market thinks ahead.It reacts to the news not the actions

I don’t know if anyone has been following this but there have been developments regarding the sale of stonechecker by iqai for a lump sum and royalties. It is subject to due diligence by purchaser Figures currently unknown. I recall seeing feedback for the first time because they have a link to stonechecker as it uses texrad. At the time of fda clearance of stonechecker there was an uptick in feedback and iqai. But then there was an unsatisfactory rns from feedback saying they didn’t know what the impact for feedback was financially. Not sure that was ever bottomed out but it seems to me that the sale of stonechecker to a major company is certainly going to boost sales of stonechecker and Boost royalties and texrad should get a share of that. It’s a bit disappointing that young Tom hasn’t addressed this though he obviously has a lot on his plate
