I never pay much attention to financial cost figures perhaps call me naïve investor but I do look at the global market volume , take overs and the benefits of getting us of this crippling lockdown, get kids back to school and save the NHS and lives Just like a new i phone costs are unpredictable can be be expensive to start and then become a fraction of the price When you look at all the benefits £2000 looks cheap but I still think the price will be less But there lot of people who will pay for the=is treatment with privately ( I would if this share comes good that is but hopefully it becomes available to everyone )

Just read the Tweet you posted on the Manaus and the author concerns on herd immunity and a the Skew to younger mortality rates .These concerns I raised in my post prior to the Tweet This variant not only shows increase transmissibility but increased virulence regardless of herd immunity in my mind .Increased virulence is exhibited by higher mortality rates in a younger cohort is extremely worrying .What may be going on at the immunological level if it not an interferon deficiency etc etc ....?

Interesting post on Brazilian Herd immunity and the variant apparently by passing the immunity of the population already exposed to infection and causing morbidity and mortality in the second wave.The science tells us that people who are deficient in interferon beta , the elderly, male and genetics etc are most susceptible . We know the variant is more transmissible but if the variant can challenge a population already exposed albeit to the previous wild strain and it appears to be affecting younger people in a population that makes it more virulent in my mind. This is very concerning for vaccines and specific Mab treatments .Synairgen must act quickly to demonstrate this treatment is an effective against these variants .The world is waiting
