If all warrants are exercised, there are approx 156 million. This is the figure I use. However. Some Warrants are due to expire this year so I could well be less than that. You've got to think in terms of market cap, Bobbler. A phase 2 ready compound can be worth anything between £50 and £300 million. Phase 1 ready, £20 to £45 million. A pharma just secured a preclinical CNS compound for 600 million dollars in milestones. 737 has a valid IND for phase 1 AML and is phase ready for combo trials. IMO the board won't entertain any offers for the company that are less than the all time highs, £1.76 and personally. I think anything less than £300 million is a steal. I think your pound possibly would be valid today but not in 9 months time.

I think the trick now will be for the board to market the the compounds as potential blockbusters for sale. But it could be used under licence, anywhere where the tumour needs weakening before the lead drug steps in. The rest of the pipeline could sit in any immunotherapy or oncology pipeline.

On a serious note. I do feel slightly exposed here. My ISA holding 80k shares has been built up over the last 15 years. If I lose that, it's not the end of the world. However, I have 350k shares in my sipp. These were purchased with a pension transfer after the company I work for was acquired and the cost equates to around 3 years worth on contributions. Feels a big risk but there is a lot of scope to top slice and I break even on these around 16.5p! My current plan is to retire at 60 (I'm 57 this year). If sar go belly up. It might be 62. If they hit all time highs again. I'm retired. I still believe we could get £3 within 2 years.

I know people want more but these interim reports just aren't used in that way. They do however offer a chance to say everything is ok. We already know everything is ok or we would have an RNS saying otherwise but a forward looking statement and presentation should calm some nerves here.

Personally, I'll be looking to what is said re dosing on 1801 trial. 737 progress? And if CNS gets a mention more than what we already know.

Unless we get an after hours RNS or one tomorrow morning. We can presume, it's business as usual and in the current climate. That's good enough for me.
