You've got to think in terms of market cap, Bobbler. A phase 2 ready compound can be worth anything between £50 and £300 million. Phase 1 ready, £20 to £45 million. A pharma just secured a preclinical CNS compound for 600 million dollars in milestones. 737 has a valid IND for phase 1 AML and is phase ready for combo trials. IMO the board won't entertain any offers for the company that are less than the all time highs, £1.76 and personally. I think anything less than £300 million is a steal. I think your pound possibly would be valid today but not in 9 months time.
