If we don't get milestones or a deal we'll have to raise or risk losing everything. I'd rather dilute what I currently hold than risk losing everything.

I believe we'll get a licencing deal and maybe the milestone before we have to raise again.

Also. As I understand it. The company don't have to hold an EGM and even if they do. I think it will just be lots of noncommittal corporate speak. I'd expect we will get a statement about "shareholder unrest" next week. I believe this is what the new advisors have been engaged for. They will only tell us what we already know or is in the public domain anyway. Hopefully, they will use this opportunity to clarify a few things. If there is an NDA barring them from talking about certain subjects there is nothing they can do. No matter how much we throw our teddy's out of the pram. It's 5hit but we all know, or should know, this is how it works.

I'm expecting the application for trials RNS imminently. I actually thought we'd have it by now. It's obvious (to me at least) that SAR knew we wouldn't be getting the millstones due before we did and that's why we raised. I do think we are talking to someone about a deal and I suspect it's on the low side so we are pushing TYK2 into trials ourselves. I too think we'll get a deal soon after trials start. Things are a bit tense around here and people want answers and I believe TM would like to give answers but it has to be tangible. SAR needs to be self-sufficient now because I think the shareholders will only have one more raise in them before the **** really hits the fan. A nice upfront and milestones would make us self- sufficient for the next couple of years.

I'd love to believe we could hang around for 28p and with enough patience and some luck. I believe we would get it but I'd rather Tim wasn't too ambitious and went for guaranteed value for the shareholders. Trouble is, we don't know what that means to TM. Does value mean 3p, 5p, 10p? we just don't know. 3p would be stealing from us but i'd certainly vote for 5p if it were offered in the next 18 months and 10p would be amazing. Any more than that is possible but carries huge risks and much longer timescales.

Yes, tangible news that might entice new investors. Not filing for a patent. SAR must have files for loads of patents over the years. It wouldn't make me invest. Gaining the patent probably would.

I agree Stoney but I think we've got the point where we want news, any news. There was an interview with Tim a few years ago where he untered mmortal words "no news is good news'. These are wise words when investing in bio. Statistically speaking there is more chance that SRA737 will fail than get approved just as there isn't much chance TYK2 will get past P2. That not me giving a opinion that's bio on general. Not many drugs make it to market. It would probably be unheard of for a company to develop 2 or 3 that make it to market. Food for thought.

I've said before. I don't like sticking up for the company because I do think comms are poor. In this case, how many companies publish when they have applied for a patent? They only publish when they get the patent. If the patent isn't granted the SP will crash, not because it is bad news but because this is AIM and fear\greed drive the market. It's likely the patent won't be granted on the first attempt so why disrupt the market until it is?

However, they could have said TYK2 is showing promising indications in 23 diseases and Sareum will be pursuing this promisuing data.

IMO, It isn't an issue if we licence it out but for takeovers. It would make it very messy. The company taking over would probably have to buy SKIL too and maybe both versions of TYK2 and if they are going to do that then why not take the whole company? it's a bit much if you only want TYK2 autoimmune. The lack of a worldwide patent might be the reason we haven't got a deal yet.

If I remember rightly, they've only done it once and it was to placate the investors. Thoth has been saying 28p sinch 2016 at least. I have have a lot of respect for Thoth and his knowledge, sometimes disagree with his timescales and valuations but others have probably invested and the back of what he says and now they want their 28p.

Krone - bio bucks deals. Go back and check how much has actually been pain. Either that it the valuations are for compounds that are 5 years further down the line than ours. Not saying it won't happen, it plainly could. Are you willing to wait another 5 years for it? I'm comfortable with my investment but I have more realistic expectations. Both timescale and potential profit.

There is a reason no context was given with the Sierra update and we never get get any context when an advisor is changed. No company does that. We can only speculate. We've just had a fundraise, so it probably isn't that. Looking at the strand website it's clear they operate in a different space to WH. Mainly MA and advising activist shareholders. For what its worth I think its the latter. I think WH have been sacked off for advising to keep the shareholders in the dark and its backfired. The fact that strand are on record, saying how boards and forums shouldn't dictate news flow seals it for me IMO this is a direct result of Thoth threatening to call an EGM. I expect to get more updates from now on. They won't tell us anything of course, just enough get us to put the pitchforks down. Also this board and others have to carry some of the blame. People need to stop throwing the billion pound valuations around or at least be honest in the risk of hanging around for those valuations. One drug is doing ok in trials and the others aren't even in P1 trials yet. Remember, these valuations didn't come from the company. They came from this board and the company is being called out to deliver on something they never said they would. I honestly believe our share of CHK1 will he worth £200 million when it gets into P3 proper. Tyk2 isn't worth anything until can get into clinic. 18 to 24 month timescale for 5p there.

Oxo. I was kind of implying that talking down the company talks down the sp. There are some big holders here talking down the company when they are massively underwater. It doesn't make sense to me. We can ask question of the board without talking down the company.

Why is it an oversight? Maybe SAR did know. Whe here would've invested differently if they had this information? Most of my shares were bought before the deal and I wouldn't have sold upon knowing this? Be honest, not with hindsight. I always thought the deal we got was a bad one but we were as desperate then as we are now. Beggars can't be choosers. The only question I'd like to be answered is did they know the details if the milestone, if yes, why didn't they tell us. As for TYK2. There either isn't any news to give or we are bound to an NDA. If they came out tomorrow and said there is no news, the price would plummet further. No company says the news is there is no news. It would be like Gerald ratner saying our jewellery is rubbish. You announce news when there is news unless you can't because there is an NDA in place. Again be careful what you wish for.

There is a difference between bringing the board to task (which I support) and rubbishing the company. I'm not saying Thoth did this but the actions gave a voice to all the doubters, bitter and de rampers who are after cheap shares. Then it becomes a race to the bottom. It was only a week ago Thoth was say SRA737 was worth 20p a share. It either is or isn't and was just the same last week as it is today. Sierra had to reference SRA737 in the Q10 and we all knew what would happen if a backer hadn't been found. That doesn't mean a backer can't be found, it just means it didn't happen in time for the Q10 report. Sierra have to get thier sp above 1 dollar or they risk being de listed and they only have a few months to do it. IMO SRA737 is the best short term solution to this. They know it and so do our board. Push for better comms but if there ain't any news to report, what do they report? Be careful what you wish for, I say.

Fully respect Thoths knowledge and research but when he loses faith everyone else does. Its bizarre that people here endlessly post about how **** the company is at PR and then go on to say how **** the company is doing. Its far more damage to the sp than a lack of news. All the reasons I invested are still active and on ongoing. The science is good, prospective backers will be looking SRA737 data now and TYK2 will start P1 trials early next year. One thing for sure is, as Jon says. It's a multi bagger from here on little news.
