They won't be able to say anything that is commercially sensitive. NDA or not, they won't name drop anyone. They won't speculate on what the company is worth. It's worth whatever a deal is worth. They won't speculate on any research done by posters on here. If it's is still in the public domain, I don't think they will comment on IT.

I do think a question around SKIL and the future of a drug development company that no longer develops drugs would be good. The new advisors will be sat in the room, probably with some pre-prepared statements for Tim to readout as answers.

On the data. I think we're all ignoring Stoney's post. The data has to be of good qua;lity to be accepted at AACR. This is more exciting than the final results. I think we are nearing the point where the cat is out of the bag.

RMM - I'm of the opinion, we will get what we get. IMO we'll never see royalties and TBH I have always thought that. There will be an offer, The NEDS will recommend that offer to us and that will be that. Who knows what that will be but we definitely won't get full potential value, I hope negotiations start at the high end of the valuations that SAR reiterated but beggars can't be choosers. SAR have taken their compounds as far as they can now. Time for someone else to take it to market. FWIW - today, I'd take 3p, would be happy with 5p and ecstatic with 10p. The longer we go on with no bad news that scale changes.

RMM - the statement on the end is different to usual though. That is from the new advisor and they are saying news will be delivered by RNS, not in response to emails. I suppose it proves they read this board and are trying to head off any confrontation with the PI's.

Some good points RMM but, what's the point of this action. Is it to punish Parker for the lack of Institutional Investors. We know the data is being readied to publish for peer review. SAR are doing exactly what you said they should do. This board has set timescales that they now want SAR stick to. SAR have always been clear on timescales and your predicted 6 to 12 months of turmoil fits into their time frame. So what's the point? If Parker really has done nothing, then he needs to go but this action is being led by the posters who've been banging on about imminent deals and 28p valuations for years. At least since 2016. This is like the out of the EU at any cost rhetoric. You might feel like you've won but not really. Like I said, I think the new advisors will be drafting a statement for release this week. I won't hold him to the timescale exactly because I believe we'll put TYK2 in P1 before anything big happens. I guess by next June, we will know when the trails are staring? And hopefully be flush with milestones.

Tim has stuck his head above the parapet and said significant value within 12 months. Only 9 months to go. He's been burnt before with this sort of thing. Hopefully, he believes the statement to be true this time.

What I mean about their age is this isn't a long term plan.

I'm convinced the NEDS are here to help wind down the company. The age of the NEDS is another pointer IMO. Runoff mode is the term Thoth used, an insurance term but I get what he meant. They may be helping to secure a deal but being non-execs they are perfectly placed for caretaking roles. Target price and date is anyone's guess but I still believe getting a CHK1 milestone will be the catalyst to get things moving. This is the reason, IMO, that we won't get the true value for the TYK2 compounds. It's too early to sell TYK2 but we have taken as far as we can. Once TYK2 is in P1, it'll be time to start the wind-down.

I don't mind waiting 12 months for 65p. Lol. Seriously though, I can see where these valuations come from but I think if we want a quick deal with less risk. We'll be lucky to get 10p
