The MTFB 1year chart looks like Sierra's chart albeit over a longer period. SRA737 could be the only thing stopping them go the same way as MTFB. I agree with RMM. It could happen here but we are a few years away from an out and out failure. We also have a few eggs in our basket.

I'm RMM and the square wheel thing. That is what I think. Just once i'd like to see positive data on CHK1 or TYK2 even if it is from a competitor. I also agree with Ahfam but with no deadline for the patent. IMO, the patent is the next news we are waiting for but I'm only guessing. Patents and the reporting of patents is a big bugbear of mine. Not just with SAR, I will add. They all do it. IMO, if we are investing our money into any company we should know the key dates for appeals etc.. We shouldn't be guessing when the appeal will be. I'm here for the end game but once I cash out. I'll only be using AIM to play.

The question is. Do all these failures increase the value of SAR's compounds or will big pharma be more cautious?

If SAR ever do come good. I will be splitting smallish amounts across the CAR-T and other immunotherapy spaces. Just need SAR to come good before they do.

This was a repeat, wasn't it? I definitely saw the program last year. I think someone is pushing CAR-T again, seems to be all over the news for no apparent reason. I'm getting shared posts from friends on Facebook etc.. They don't know what they are sharing of course. They're just seeing the cure for cancer headlines. Still very early days, Wish someone would do the same for TYK2.

Let's hope the split is a prerequisite for outside funding to SRA737. It would certainly ease the pressure here if SRA737 was moving again.

They were either there because it was prearranged and paid for before the AGM or as someone said last week, they didn't attend but were still on the participant list. I'm not sure why some people think there would be news coming from this conference. It's basically a pop-up shop for BIO. IMO, we are past that stage or at least paused, pending negotiations.

More pressing is. Isn't it the Sierra reverse split vote today? good or bad, this may have an impact on our CHK1 development roadmap.

A little bit of volume and it might.

It a conference that puts companies and investors together. I'm hoping it's a commitment that is no longer needed and Tim is just going for a jolly.

News is never released at events like this. they only present stuff we already know. It was probably booked and paid for before the AGM and the deferral of salaries etc..

Either tyk2 could get a deal that would give us 28p.if and its a big if. If we get to market. In the shorter term, the combined chk1 and 2 x tyk2 potential could add up to the magic 28p once everything is in the clinic. I take a lower amount on a takeover just to not have to think about what I'd do. If everything got to market (not likely) we'd be looking at a pound a share.

Yep, Ripley. A "we know of no reason" RNS would be bad news for us. It looks like the fun is over for now. It will pop one though. Hopefully soon or this year.

I personally don't think there is anything in this. No volume so just MM's. They'll take it back down once the buys dry up. I'm hoping for a bit more and that we hold on to some of the rise.

They've got a lot of options. I absolutely don't want to see any director buys. If we do, it means we are in an open period and NOT talking to anyone or know of anything price sensitive. We are past the director buy phase, IMO

I understand Utar's and others pessimism but these little snippets of research are all welcome. If it can happen elsewhere, it can happen here. That's the main take away for me.
