Very Cheap P/E (7) for sector (17) , especially given Xmas.trade.ahead.should boost next market update.

Was thinking about a tranche in B&M but crazy Cheap P/E in CARD following massive pull back to below fair value, drop looks overdone.

Scale in over coming weeks and forget.

Another potential powerful mean reversion play.

Going long and strong from here again as:

> The resource size is big... in fact its 300%+ the size of the lithium resource size over at KOD - for a simillar m/cap, the SP at Atlantic lithium is just silly atm.

> The permits etc are all in place and perceived delays of government ratification from parliament have reduced now as parliament has just reconvened (market sleeping on this news)

> 2 x previous buy-out offers at 33p / shr from Assore who is a highly motivated shareholder whp are continuing to build their share holding.

> strong mean reversion play from present levels.

> market is likely to see either ratification land, combined with.further massively improved T/O bid land in excess of 33p/shr or an oppotunistic cheeky bid (pre ratification) leading to an associated SP spike at any time over the coming weeks.

> Even if the above inflection points don't happen imminently, the SP should start to re build in anticipation as every day that ticks by now is closer to ratification and a big gap up in SP.

A buy from the present level represents an excellent opportunity for some significant gains imv.

Expect the SP to start to tick up steadily in anticipation of ratification.

Impossible for anyone to call in what order or timescales, but either an announcement of ratification or further bid for the company from assore would result in a very sharp instant 'gap up' in the share price from the present range.

On a simple mean reversion, the SP has a very long way to climb back up from here.

The majors are hungry for new Tier 1 scale projects.

Tier 1 deposits are “Company making” mines. They are large, long life and low cost multi billion dollar resource typically generating $300-600m pa of revenue once in production.

Well worth checking out thr sheer scale of the licence area + the number of mineralised targets.

The equity % wasn't really discussed much always knew there would have to be some kind of profit sharing arrangement plus an upfront payment but don't recall BA mentioning the exact amounts on any interviews, probably due to it having been under negotiations at that time.

Wouldn't surprise me, as it's the kind of obvious rolling short opportunity that most of the covid testing kit stocks have been for the past few years ever since they flew up to crazy levels during the last pandemic that have been in falling knife territory ever since.
