If history repeats itself like the Bacanora / Sanora lithium mine acquisition then it'll end up being sold cheaply in a hostle T/O.

Anyone late the party should be ok, but those buyers who came in at the 40-60p levels are unlikely to see a return imv.

I remember the fall out from the Sanora deal, so many PI's were well annoyed as they all felt true value was in the region of $1billion+

When you move past 30% unless a additional motion has been passed to waive their rights to do so they would normally be able to make an offer for the full share capital.

I remember when Piedmont were being talked about as the natural take out company when they bought in aggressively 3 or 4 years ago, does anyone know what Piedmonts SP average is?

It reminds me of this deal that a few of you may remember after the Chinese kept having offers turned down so just kept increasing their stake to get to the point where they could push the deal across the line.

you'll know he has taken a tr-1 position in another london listed copper/gold explorer (great southerncopper) 'gscu' who has purchased district scale licenses previously part worked by anto***asta way back in the 1980's.

we can all see what has happen to the anto shareprice since the 1980's.

gscu is about to comence drilling there and has already snapped up all the surrounding ground.

alongside gh buying in.

the guy who actually pegged the ground at havieron (sam garrett is ceo and working alongside him is former rio tinto geo who has discovered many major mines in the region and they are surrounded by majors with mineralisation out cropping at surface (you can visibly see the copper leached through the rock) and they have been adding many more licences and have 7 targets across the district scale land package in tier 1 jurisdiction surrounded by all the majors. it's copper gold with decent grade silver credits.

very early in the journey and just about to comence their first drill program where all scout field work has hit on every targets.

obviously no competition with here or ggp as all are at different stages.

but thought some of you might want to take a look as opportunity for a 1p to 40p solg style rise if it all goes to plan. then likely jv or take out by one of the majors in the region.

The south American lithium deposits are mainly lithium is hosted in subterraneanbrone solutions & extracted via pumping the solutions to the surface and then a evaporation processes producing a lithium carbonate (LiCO3) concentrate product.

The African spodumene hard rock deposits can be shipped to China or Australia and then 'produced'

Australia recovers a major source of its spodumene from the DRC in Africa. China has been aggressive across the rest of the continent.

Rio Tinto has been making some major lithium acquisitions recently - and therefore many are de facto calling a Li downtrend low :-))

Either way, Li price has 'come off' massively from the spike seen a couple of years ago and may well be back on downtrend lows.

Zelenskyy wanted a peace deal with Russia.

The Biden administration spent a lot of time over it Ukraine well before the conflict really escalated.

Ukraine was due to hold a further election but all that has gone and as long as they are at war Zelenskyy will remain in power with his strings supported by the USA.

If China are delaying invasion of Taiwan ro allow the West to ramp up their own silicon chip manufacturing then we will really bother getting involved with a war with China?

The USA will have to come to terms with the decline of their empire (marked by the petrodollar decline) that they are no longer going to be the world's policeman.

China has already piled into many African nations to secure even more resources

anto***asta produced an 'unofficial' jorc resource back in the 80's for cerro negro off the back of really very very little drilling work with no hole twinning or confirmatory drilling was done at that time in an extremely small zone within a mere fraction our total licence package.

sam is targeting an initial official mre at many multiples of this..

on top of that there is also the as yet un drilled southern zone which could be so much larger in size and really add some major tonnage to the project multipliying the size of the resourse by an order of magnitudes.

and..... this will still be just 1 of 7 massive mineralisation zones that we own.

pure guesswork at just how large this large copper / gold system will eventually be revealed.

however.... it's looking exceptionally good so far with the giant scale of our land holdings and every scout target that we have tested showing mineralisation.

Look at the run up it had from €1 to $50 during that last cycle.

We are at a stage now where the USD debt mountain is yet again unsustainable.

The prospect of a default is yet again on the horizon

Numerous times in recent history this has happened we had the following

I wouldnt be surprised if BHP didnt have their elbows out to be first in the queue for access to our data room as the sheer scale of high grade mineralisation right across our licence areas continues to be proven.
