There was no need to issue warrants to get this placement away.

Good thing also as you don't get the flippers who sell ahead of warrant conversions later down the line, shares stay with sticky long term holders.

There are some warrants associated with the iPO listing last year at a conversion price of 2.5p which will add a further 5million in cash into the pot as we move through the 3-4p range.

Given the lack of company cash, it would surely be sheer madness for the company not to explore a cash raise on the back of this volume?

Further to below, I'd just add that nothing is ever nailed on, including this, but if it was nailed on we would already be trading at 12p / share.

So it's a very good risk reward for me, especially as the bottom is in, allowing some safety at the bottom of the present trading range, and that's where I like to accumulate ahead of News landing.

Ha, I like that, but, rationaly these are JORC compliant measured resources.

You can therefore apply valuations based upon standard gold in the ground calculations and sector peer analysis and extraction values and calculate AISC based upon anticipated cap ex and local labour rates (which are incredibly low in the jurisdictions in which our assets sit).

With the state of emergency being lifted and work now being undertaken by the Ethopian Government and local banks to provide the necessary local mining infrastructure (see yesterday's news) this looks very cheap given the potential upside on offer.

Reality is Earl and Mornington are correct in what they say.

You do need the fundamentals to back up a 500% rise for it to hold.

1.4m revenue doesn't underpin that.

That's why I have sliced majority profits and original capital into GCAT.

Next 500- 600% rise due over there and fundamentals of 47m gold revenues will underpin the growth.

Nice little run here, profits banked and into GCAT which is set to produce $25,000oz gold this year which equates to a revenue of $47,5million

Anyway, just taking advantage of this short term window of opportunity here and expecting a BEN'S creek style rise now over the next few weeks and months as the churn unwinds.

Absolutely nothing factored into the SP for our SA based Hawiah discovery since the updated MRE and further increases to our resource are due here this year with a Maiden Resource Estimate due at both our new Al Godeyer and Al Godeyer East licence areas where exploration work suggests a strike length of more than 2km for the identified gossan horizon

Similar results in line with Hawiah will be contributing a further nice chunky MRE for both of these which could move us from 3Moz towards 4Moz+ making this (by some way) the most undervalued mult million oz play on the London Market.

Noticed that our neighbours Shanta have been seeing steady daily tick ups in SP recently.

Clear Capital Markets are now on board here now.

They got in at the out set with Ben's creek and have seen a near 600% rise since listing,

If we can take a small leaf out of BEN'S book and how they have gone about their business focusing initially on pure organic growth from the core assets, we will all be absolutely fine and see massive gains from here.

BEN saw a bit of churn in the first week or so of CCM getting involved, but after the first few weeks, it started to move and they haven't looked back since.

Confident we will witness a similar SP performance here.

I actually think this could be bigger than BEN in time, and there is really no rush to embark on any ultra aggressive empire building in the first year of trading

-Just steadily increase production quarter on quarter.
-Improve on and build out the new plant
-Prove up the new exploration zones.
-Organically Increase the resources.

I don't hold any of these but I suspect whoever does are queitly very confident after these trenching results.

This hasn't seen any volume which I'm thinking is purely due to the uncertainty of the timeframe to get rigs on site for drilling.

The trenching suggests there could be a large system here which the drills will confirm.

Could then attract the attention of majors operating in the country.

Still on watch list, but looking more appealing after today's update, just need to understand when the rigs are arriving? Stating May/June.

I thought it looked like it was all being done for dramatic effect.

It probably wouldn't have made particularly exciting TV had they just filmed a guy in his air conditioned office in Perth just file a licence application online and pay the necessary fee, before settling down for his second coffee of the day. :-)

This is the strong buy zone where money is made by the patient.

Been reading some of the comments on the CLD bb who are gutted they sold too early only to see it do 400% over the past few weeks.

I see far more upside here from the present entry than CDL now and we are in a stronger financial position with more cash, gold inventory of circa £6m that can be realised and production increasing monthly.
