Likelihood is that it will move up aggressively to the 3-4p+ region and then keep ticking up as construction rolls out

We have literally just done a placing to clear all the company debt - good move imo.

There won't be another raise now until the finance is announced as it'll be part of the package.

We should be 2p+ range by then and oncs the finance is announced any broker in London will be happy to cough up 2p to get info Kefi and ride it up to 12p.

Has now risen above the 50 DMA

Can see this pushing on now to the 200-Day Moving Average at 1.36p and then once above this 2p should be re tested quite quickly.

Any purchases below 2p should be safe ahead of the finance News as the fundamentals for the underlying gold assets combined with the present price of gold fully support SP at the 2p level.

This is in grossly oversold territory and the re rare back to fair value is now on.

Once Caracal hit 50,000+ oz Gold production pa Greg may well just see his higher SP target.

In the meantime I'm happy with 25,000 oz production this year prior to all the plant upgrades with further resource increases coming and 5p will be hit.

25,000 oz @ $1900/oz = $47.5million in revenue.

From the present market cap, this is a no brainer

Everything should be in place by next year to deliver the revenue growth in the USA and profit to see a good chance of this target being hit and their bonus triggered.

Subtract the annual cash burn from the £975k plus the cost of the recent drill campaign and the cost of the new one.

Then add in the sums raised from the warrants and you'll have the answer.

With group gold resources at @CaracalGoldplc of 28.4Mt at an average grade of 1.91g/t for 1,650,197 ozs of gold

that's some value there.

Just to clarify- we've had the data from the first 4 holes in total 01 and 03 highlighted below given the bonanza grades.

All the other drill hole data remains outstanding.

I was thinking the same as we've had....

o 9.7m @ 8,326 g/t Ag (267oz/t Ag) from 15m in drillhole 21EHDD003; and,

o 24.8m @ 829 g/t Ag (27oz/t Ag) from 2m including 11.7m @ 1,735 g/t Ag (56oz/t Ag) and 1.7m @ 19,865g/t Ag (639oz/t Ag) from 23m, in drillhole 21EHDD001

We really are at base camp prices and waiting on the imminent assay news.

Fully cashed up, huge disconnect between the present market cap and our gold resources which is magnified further by the fact that at the present price of gold we will be throwing off cash of circa $1m per month even at present production rates which we know are going to increase further.
