I wonder if they have gone back for the 50% working interest they formerly had in block 43/25 and part-blocks 43/29, 43/30, 48/4 and 48/5.



Block 43/25 and part-blocks 43/29, 43/30, 48/4 and 48/5 contain undrilled gas prospects and are located in the Southern North Sea.

Advance Energy did at one time hold a non-operated indirect 62.5% interest in the blocks which they gave up for nothing as it 'didn't fit their strategy'

Wonder if it fits their strategy now or if something similar has been organised?

If we have 10 x APTA style deposits I suspect thet figure will end up considerably higher

I like the fact the company are confident that their early work suggests that the geology and style of alteration-mineralisation observed at San Lorenzo is consistent with alkalic-type porphyry Cu-Au deposits such as Newcrest Mining's Cadia.

If this thesis is correct then shareholders here are in for some truely spectacular gains ahead.

· The Company's JV partner, Minera Monte Águila ("MMA"), has provided the Company with a Phase 1 Earn-In Notice, having completed all of the Phase 1 obligations, including investing US$10 million in the Anzá Project (the "Project")



· The Company and MMA will begin the process of forming a new mining company that will hold title to the Project's concessions and applications.



· The Company has also been notified by MMA that in accordance with the Exploration Agreement, it will enter Phase 2 following negotiation and execution of a joint venture agreement (the "JVA").



· The Company will initially have 49% ownership and MMA, 51% ownership in the Mining Company, which will be managed by MMA.

I don't think the majors would bother setting up the new exploration camps if they were ultimately going to commit to phase 2. All we want now is to be able to hear about the other results, not sure the majors want to give too much away until the licence names are changed to protect the geographical locations. Makes sense to me.

Anyway, one of my other exploration holding is starting to awaken ahead of drill results which I'm really looking forward too. So need to free some spare change from somewhere else in my PF to get a top up in over there.

As things stand OMI are in negotiation here chaps

OMI own all the licences at ANZA and Agnico/Newmont have not only spent more than they need to under the option agreement they have overspent and continue to do so even though our legal team haven't yet transferred OUR licences into the JV company.

The staff and all their employemnt contracts are now sat in the JV, so are the contracts with the lab, but despite some of what is written on here Brad is a canny operator and he isn't going to allow the licences ro be transferred until the terms of the phase 2 JV are finalised and that means the big boys are going to have to conceded some ground on sharing the core information from the data centre as it's made available to them from the labs.

This wasn't happening over the past few months hence the news blackout period we had to endure until recently.

Anyway. All guessing as to when we all finally shake hands on the phase 2 agreement, but at that stage I'd expect some fireworks SP here as whilst we'll have to transfer out licences formally into the JV in return we'll be getting at least $20m in exploration free carried and likely a lot more as these majors won't care about spending more to accelerate into phase 3 and another $80m+

I think also that once the licence name changes are also complete contemporaneous with the transfer to the JV the news will start to flow much more regularly.

Nice to see a steady daily climb up the risers board as we move towards incoming drill results.

SP could easily double or triple on news of a decent strike.

Won't take much and very sticky holders in a 5p are expecting big things here.

ANZA results continue to speak for themselves

The info we have is that Nine holes have been drilled so far at Pepas, across approximately 1 kilometre of strike of the main structural corridor defined by the Aragon and Tonusco faults, targeting a range of lithologies and geological features.


The first hole at Pepas, PEP001, was drilled to a depth of 384m to test highly anomalous rock chip samples that had been identified from previous mapping programs, and publicly announced on March 8th, 2022. The hole intersected a quartz vein stockwork and breccia zone from surface, demonstrating pervasive stockwork veining related to extensive gold mineralisation. The hole was drilled oblique to the zone of vein-development, and with only one hole, the geometry and dimensions of the zone have yet to be fully resolved. However, surface exposures of vein development suggest an east-west strike, with a moderate to steep southerly dip.

Hole PEP002 was drilled from the same pad as PEP001, but in a westerly direction to better understand the geometry of mineralisation and the controlling structures.

Hole PEP003 was collared some 150m northwest of PEP001 and drilled to a depth of 311m in different lithologies, to test the presumed northeast extension of the primary structures identified in PEP001. Some mineralised structures were intersected; however, it is likely that the primary structures trend more northwest and this will be assessed with later holes.


Current drilling is now being focussed on the mineralisation intersected in PEP001, however some modifications were required to drill pad locations to provide better drilling angles.

In summary they are still drilling to determine the structure so expect many many more results and updates to come from Pepas alone

Further assay results are also due given the need to undertake re-assay of numerous samples to meet QAQC requirements where +10g/t results are evidenced.

We are also waiting on drill results from Pupino

As all these results are rolled out we have the further exploration camp being set up at the south.

Over 150 people undertaking field work now across the whole of ANZA.

OMI just starting the journey to mid tier status imo.

Positive results which will no doubt increase the resource size further at Labola / Cascades project.

I think the important part in this JV with Moydow is that Moydow have agreed to spend $14m to effectively free carry all the costs on this project at no expense to Pat shareholders to advance Labola to become a gold mine.

That's worth more than the present market cap here, and probably a better deal than the term sheet arrangement Cora have to advance their weat African discovery into production.

This does look a very cheap share price/market cap at present considering all the other projects also.

The higher grade intersections are still yet to be reported from Pepas.

Agnico/Newmont trying to keep this major discovery as hush hush as possible.
