Even the Majors are blown away by this first drill hole and have kept it very hush for the last few months.

I agree Brad is doing the right thing is getting this JV right first time.

None of us want a situation like GGP and this 5% situation especially If there is some huge Monster pay day for this Major asset with future buy out.

They are clearly continuing with all the drill programs planned.. looking good.

There are high grades of 10-20g/t

Looking like a high grade porphyry averaging 3-4g/t across the system

Much better holes to come and will run deeper than APTA

Considering Brad estimated APTA as AT LEAST a couple of Million ounces.

That would see us targeting up to 20 Million Oz!!

The beauty of this additional cash payment to OMI is that it also effectively free carries OMI for our initial drilling at Argentina as well as Colombia and say what you like about Brad he has nailed down a incredibly shrewd JV in Argentina where the original structure of the JV was to enable OMI to earn up to 70% so after spending $3m we would move to 70/30 (fairly standard JV stuff) but Brad actually pushed another harder to insist on the option to OMI to move to 100% Ownership of the Gold licence in Argentina upon reaching the $3m exploration spend. In return we only had to concede a NSR (net smelter royalty) which is fair enough to secure 100% of a highly prospective Gold license near to Anglogolds Tier 1 mine.

If results from Argentina are good, for sure a deal with Anglogold could well be on the cards

Good volume day so far, but believe most are still waiting for the phase 2 confirmation RNS as the real catalyst to take this much higher.

Another RNS that is surely due to land this week is for the year end accounts, that's prevented any director buys for the past two months, not sure if we'll see any further directors additions, but that could be yet another RNS to add to the expected RNS for Phase 2 and further RNS updates on high grade assays due. Plus updates from Argentina.

Should then properly re rate to a much higher range

Phase 2 brings in a minimum further $20m cash for accelerated drilling at Columbia and a further $2m cash payment to OMI.

To ahere to QAQC reporting standard all assays in excess of 10g/t are required to be re-assayed prior to release to market.

In essence, it means

1) we have more assays due to be released

2) they are going to higher grade than these first reported holes.

· Assay results from PEP001 have returned a substantial, high-grade gold intersection of 150.90m @ 3.00g/t Au (from surface).

· Additional holes are currently underway across Pepas and Pupino prospects.

Addutional intersections above 10g/t will be released once re-assayed to confirm further Bonanza grades
