That's some gap up out the traps.

Some nice small cap risers seen recently from oversold battered down SP's

E.g. EEE today. MSMN yesterday, BOIL over the past week.

I'd put ORR into the oversold category that's also in a sector that has sold off over the past 12 months.

That said, the GDJX junior Gold Miners index is up over 15% in the past month so signs that the wider Junior Gold sector could be due for a overdue bounce.

Could be primed to make a nice move on the next positive news.

Agreed. Starting to see a number of companies in need of funding issuing suicide notes that have tanked their SP and thrown PI's under the bus.

Took some this morning when I posted first thing.

Difficult markets at present so good to see the return of news driven risers making good gains.

Although mostly traders carefully toe dipping it's good to see the small cap space starting to finally show signs of picking up over the past couple of weeks with some liquidity coming back in.

Good updates like today often translate into dramatic rises in these oil and gas plays.

I remember not so long ago when prospex energy were trading around 1p (and less than 3m market cap at that time)

It's since hit 10p recently with plenty of interest still at these levels.

I don't think anyone who got in over there when they were just 5m market cap is complaining.

Same thing happened over at ZPHR that also went on to 10 x bag+ from a mere 5m market cap once the prospects of a drill and some production assets started to become a reality.

Absolutely nothing is priced in here (yet)

Agree that it's hardly a rumour if the company has confirmed it via RNS.

So they are in discussions

TYM has recently secured a deal for their large copper licence and moved up some 300%

If CHF can get a deal away for Canada it would be a complete game changer.

I suspect plenty monitoring this one closely as I agree that good news landing on the funding and from the present market cap there is plenty of multiples to be had based on the NPV figures.

With the right RNS potentially see this do 200-300% in no time all imo.

When the first Boatman dossier was released the Argo SP was 123p and has since collapsed to 13.75p

Hopefully this new dossier wont trigger a similar SP reaction over the coming weeks

Maybe there really are vultures circling hoping to pick up what is left of the mining rigs for pennies on the pound. If that is the case sadly shareholders all go to zero in that scenario.

Surely an urgent update is needed asap to halt this downward spiral?

Sadly ongoing daily drops now look likely across the sector until the crypto winter is over.

No doubt some newbies to crypto who got suckered in on the spike of last rally are starting to get nervous and only just starting to research 'crypto winter'

Prolonged downward trend looks firmly cemented sector wide now.

The average crypto winter lasts between 24 to 27 months and we are only 10 months in and no where near the bottom.

Anyone been keeping a close eye on the global crypto conference taking place?

All the biggest respected promotors of BTC are saying $10k is incoming, then next level below will be $6k and when the promised digital currency regulations pass in the USA then BTC could be quickly back sub $1k

Wherever it bottoms out, over the next 18mths it's going to be significantly lower than the present levels and will be lagging behind almost all other asset classes once the recover in the wider markets starts to take shape further draining what funds are left in this sector

The one thing all the experts have gone on the record to state the benefits of a bear market and crypto winter combined with the incoming regulations to all digital currency related stocks is that it will wipe out all the scammers in this sector which is to be welcomed.

From memory the polymetal offices HQ in Cyprus is in the same building as the Chesterfield offices.

Sure a suitable arrangement can be reached.

Benefit to both parties as CHF get the cash they desperately need and good profile for POLY who have been keen to reduce their country risks to Russia so growing their exploration exposure into other regions would result in a win win imo.
