Keeping an eye on the US listing for Elephant Oil which is due to IPO stateside.

This alongside our other assets and the circa 400,000 R&D grant funding due to come in also.

Apparently our fully written off, holding in Rift Resources Limited had been transferred into a holding in Elephant Oil Limited

Could net ORR circa $448,800 when it lists with the expected market cap circa $66.63m

Either way further surplus cash due in at some stage that isn't yet needed as the MRE will primarily desktop analysis and as we know Farè is free carried for a further $4m via our JV with IAMGOLD.

Updates due on several fronts and SP starting to move up in anticipation

Just been overlaying the 5 year ECR chart onto UFO chart as both have followed a similar sector trend pattern

ECR have recently seen a sharp reversal back to 1p from 0.5p as news drove volume and SP much higher.

Plenty other juniors have pushed on in the past week also.

Having just checked again, they don't actually provide their NPBT and only disclose their Revenues and GP.

Not sure that buys v sells is that accurate as looks like there is a seller is still about, albeit possibly coming to an end now.

Big positive that the company is now profitable and should move from here soon as looks like LO are pretty much done at this level so hopefully means brakes will be off.

First MRE announcement expected at just shy of 0.5million oz Gold from just the first 1 of 4 zones to be proven up in this district alone.

Should finally underpin the valuation here at much higher range as the full potential of the wider licence areas are yet to be unlocked.

First mover advantage for ORR

As MrP notes should have c.1.2m in treasury once R&D grants land.

ORR also has 4m free carry at Farè in addition to their cash held

Alongside the jV with Iamgold they could always JV Cameroon and completely free carry this also

+ Further cash to come in from warrants

Nothing is ever 100% nailed on, therefore I won't bother pointing out to a certain 'cautious' poster that perhaps they should have applied a modicum of that same balance over at RMM where they appeared extremely positive.

ORR was always the far better recovery play (by a long long way) and won't be surprised to see this continuing to trend back towards fair value as presently totally oversold

MADE Not quite up there amongst the worst fallers ever though

Those were during the dot.com bubble when MicroStrategy held everything going bump and saw over 13billion in shareholders value wiped out in a flash.

Their chart back then is the biggest spike ever seen on the markets and they hold the dubious record for seeing that particular value destruction.

I keep any eye on them still as Michael Saylor is at it again and has gambled big on Bitcoin and purchased just shy of 4billion of BTC at an average price of $30k

They are presently underwater at 2.58bn market cap.

Apparently they face a margin call if BTC falls below $17k

All guesswork, but I suspect that a large number of whales could also get margin called around that level as plenty would have geared up to around 25%+ to release cash from the recent peaks so watch those levels I'd BTC breaks back below $20k as if it falls below $17k would trigger mass selling imo and maybe why recent support has come in around $20k

First we have 'MADE' establishing the trend

Next.. it's looking like 'MEAL' (Parsley box) is determined to join this select party of IPO disasters in the 200p to zero in a little over 12 months.

Who will win?

Certainly not any of their poor suffering shareholders

Looks like you spotted another one!

The level 2 application here has genuine significant commercial potential

Look at some of the other level 2 payments operators that have gone from a standing start to Billion Dollar market cap.

If adopted more widely, it will become a major cash cow for OBC.

Most importantly......the tech actually works and does what is says it will so just a waiting game for adoption to snowball.

Gold due to be repriced much higher as fed pivots and $DXY weakens

True spread is a lot tighter than shown on here, saw the same over at EEE last week ahead of news when it had a ASK/BID of 0.8/0.70

SP then practically doubled on news to trade at 1.40 at one stage

Agreed, failing to buy at these prices is like failing to buy oil when it was $10bbl

The 4m free carry drilling committed from IAMGOLD is worth the market cap alone!

When you add this into this:
The book value land packages
The royalty income on offer
The enormous upside potential from further discoveries being proved up
Plus.. as each subsequent resource estimate is released to market together with all the likely following upgrades its really not difficult to see the 10 x bag potential from here as the market starts to reprice this correctly

Its important to note we are free carried at our Farè land package via mid tier operator IAMGOLD who has commenced its Second Option to spend a further US$4 million by 28 February 2024 at Fare.

Next RNS should wake the market up to the value on offer here and suspect it will be difficult to buy in any decent size at that time.

This was one of those massively oversold exploration Co's that was due a bounce.

Just posted up the same over at ORR (Oriole resources)

ORR presently trading at a quarter of its Net Asset value with no debt!

Due to announce a Maiden Resource Estimate based on recent drilling activities and market sleeping on it at present

The land packages are written into the balance sheet presently at just their capitalised costs and once a JORC is released to market these will increase significantly based upon the gold in the ground resources once published in line with the industry standards.

Important to remember that the initial MRE that ORR are going to release to market is based upon the existing drill data and mapping across just 1 of the 4 regional land holdings and is expected to come in at just shy of half a million ounces at between 1.5g/t to 1.7g/t based upon an open pit model down to just 200m from surface with the prospects of significant upgrades from the ongoing follow up and infill drilling program.

This is significant.

Across the wider district its not difficult to see 2-3 Million oz alone being modelled in as further drill data comes in and they have only just scratched the surface so far.

Fair value ahead of MRE news is worth 0.6p here.

Spot on. There are bargains out there if you know where to look

Have done well recently on Boil, EEE and MSMN getting in ahead of the herd, same here.

If looking for another bargain take a look at ORR (ORR) Oriole Resources

Presently trading at a quarter of its Net Asset Value!

Fair value over there is 0.6p for where there are at present

The current SP is just a mere 0.15p

Nothing priced in and they will be announcing a MRE to the market soon which will increase the value of their land packages even further than the c.12.5m they are on their balance sheet and yet they trade at about 3.3m

Could do 3 to 4 bags just to reach fair value ahead of their next announcement.

Will post some more info up over on their bb a little later on, but it's the most undervalue stock on the small cap space that I've seen in a long time so at some stage expect the herd to arrive over there
