Wouldn’t surprise me money. If 2 pharma companies sign NDA’s for potential acquisitions, others usually tend to pay notice and enquire on what the fuss is all about.

Added that a group of long term private investors, with no association to institutions put forward their own cash to further speed up progress, I bet new eyes are on Genflow.
