I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the buy and sell price as based on the pepper trade smoke and mirrors, plus yesterdays price action, that 500k could still be a buy.

We’re now 10 days over when last years AGM was announced. The only logical explanation I can find for that is something big is cooking and they want it over the line before our meeting.

Anyone selling now is crazy in my humble opinion…

I haven’t been messaging as much as been letting Genflow cook, but agree with your thoughts, that this is the warning shot to interested parties, that final offers must be in and agreements signed or once that patent hits, there are no friends in business and best offers will stand, which could include multiples of what may have been paid before the IP became protected.

I’ve seen companies without IP protection but the model concept in place sell for £50m, later to be sold for £bn’s once IP is secured.

We’re not talking small variations in valuations, the difference in market potential can be significant.

I wouldn’t want to be the losing bid when it comes to securing Genflow’s tech!

Thanks rooster. Yes that’s it. Even though a few people invested in Genflow know me, it’s nice to respect each others privacy and not throw out identifiers.

I speak to Pickedpeck offline from LSE and they gave me a heads up weeks before they would be going off radar for valid reasons. They believe in Genflow succeeding and know enough about the industry to know it’s not worth trading or dumping at this point.

I had the same things said about me, when I was inside and couldn’t talk.

Not everyone has to explain their holdings and that they’re alive every 5 mins.

I was told last year, I’ll only lose if I sell. That person will prove the significance of that point one day, I’m sure of it 😉

Agree, was above the buy of what was being delivered and looks like a worked buy.

The Mm’s will need shares again now, looks like someone has orders, hence why we’re being held down here whilst they test weak hands.

I doubt there is much of a freefloat at all, as I’m away of many investors who are under the notification threshold but happy to keep gobbling passively.

There’s a difference between the initial placing shares and the warrants. Even if they hold the warrants on activation for 30 seconds before then passing them on, if they exceed the 3%, surely they should notify? They can’t assign the warrants before they are activated surely?

Wonder why we don’t have a cash received, shares admitted and TR1 RNS yet? Have the warrant holders realised they acted hastily and cancelled their request to activate, do they not have the cash, or other?

Doubt it, 2 of our key shareholders have gone under ground and silent which is quite unusual behaviour, so I expect everyone is inside now.

Wall Street journal indicates there was some heavy loading by new investors over the past month, some of which would need to notify in a takeover.

I believe the warrant activator knew all freefloat was absorbed into diamond hands, and they could no longer deliver new orders, so had no choice but to activate the warrants to inject some liquidity.

It’s also great timing, as the Wallonia instalment is late as usual, so at least Genflow have additional cash runway to see them over for a while, or at least until licensing or a buy out is agreed for the dog programme.

They can withhold info from the public if a deal has not yet been finalised, is conditional subject to official reports or a formal award of the IP (such as one of the patents). No formally binding contract = nothing to see here.

They’ve done all that is expected of them for now, by issuing their potential material impacting news RNS.

The Acuitas deal for example, certainly didn’t happen in a day and took careful negotiation and planning, which was kept super top secret for obvious reasons!

If the board are inside, they will not be able to buy or sell any shares and will just have to focus on business as usual until a deal is formalised (however that may be).
