Rolls-Royce SMR and project development firm Equilibrion have joined forces to evaluate the use of nuclear energy for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) includes a technical and economic assessment for nuclear-powered SAF using small modular reactors (SMRs).

It will assess how heat and electricity from an SMR power station can be repurposed for industrial processes, such as hydrogen production and synthetic fuel synthesis, due to the respective constant energy input requirements.

The collaboration will explore how Equilibrion’s Eq.flight SAF production system can be powered from Rolls-Royce SMR’s.

Also known as power-to-liquids (PtL) SAF, it contributes to the UK’s clean fuels targets, including the ambition for 22% of aviation fuel to be sustainable by 2040.

Rolls-Royce SMR director of strategy and business development Alan Woods said its SMR technology is designed to “provide clean, affordable and dependable low‑carbon energy, exactly the qualities required to unlock large‑scale SAF production”.

“The technical and economic assessment completed with Equilibrion will enable them to demonstrate how nuclear can power one of the most ambitious decarbonisation challenges in aviation,” Wood’s added.

Perseverance - Loyal are the only real competitor on the dog programme, and their IP will be very limited to their own products. The UK has a shrinking birth rate as more people opt for pets, so I see there is a real commercial value, as some people spend as much on their pets as they would do children.

I don’t just see the programmes target audience ending at dogs, carnivorism has gained traction as more people grow distrust at the global food industry and are searching for more natural foods. I believe consumers will take an interest if meat is raised on SIRT6 feed, as the nutrients can then be absorbed through consumption and shoppers will be happy to pay a premium.

This week I did a nutrient shop in Holland and Barrett. 200g of creatine was £30, and it probably only costs £2 to produce. Imagine Genflow charging similar rates with global commercialisation?

As money has noted, similair programmes are being snapped up for 2bn-5bn a piece and Genflow have 5 programmes.

Anything is possible once those patents and IP protection are officially secured!

I think the Genflow direct Patent will have a published update in 2 weeks, and the Rochester patent has had the final papers returned for full protection, so everything looks on track for success!

The whole point of Genflow listing on the OTC was so that it would fast track any Nasdaq transfer without having to go through the full assessment protocol. I believe it’s 3 years on OTC now, so should the share price rocket and hold, anything is possible.

I personally believe the company will be bought out before NASDAQ, but just my humble opinion 😁

Considering RR manufacture military parts and received a $75m order last week for “Syrian tankers”, I’ll be watching closely to buy any dips and once any churns complete for it to continue north 🤝

RR need approx 10m shares a day to reach their buy back target and only managed just under 6m on Friday. They need to up their game!
