I would say any negotiations are too high level for even us warrant holders, but we trust in the board to work in our best interest.

Marex have had many complex legal issues the past year, mainly with their own investors launching class action, so I suspect they saw a bag in profit and seized the opportunity when faced with their own future uncertainty.

Since Genf’s shareholder revolt, Marex have been locked out of the day to day and so will be uneducated investors. I suspect they will regret very much not holding out for higher gains, as material news could land any day.

On the plus side, if a big pharma is interested in a deal, they will want to flush out or dilute any legacy or large shareholders for as cheaply as possible, to gain takeover advantage. If Marex do dump, or have forward sold, this will be appealing, as one less major shareholder to contend with.

Long term holders are very happy marex are being nudged out. Means all the legacy issues will soon be behind us and the engines can roar 💰Expecting a “steller” month (stealing Moneys words) and moving with speed now breaks are off.

I’m still holding my warrants. I expect many multiples from here before I even have to consider activating. More so, I expect we’ll get bought out before that.

Whoever did activate will now need to TR1, so let’s see what comes out next Wednesday instead of speculating who it was.

Yes you’re right money. It’s been 2 years since marex had their warrants so possibly them. I don’t believe there are many people who hold warrants, so once those of us from the legacy group have activated, interest in the company will certainly increase.
