That would be my guess as why give up the interest they are earning before conversion?anyway as said before 13mln not the end of the world a good piece of concrete(not spin) news should absorb that it's just how much is left afterwards and whether those holders are looking for a capital gain rather than a quick financial flip.

ps look at lvl2 some decent late (sells) getting posted so either the converted loan notes being short sold or others selling in front-take your pick.

PotPot80 love your logic but regretably this is a one way trade so yes if you want to buy there should be more available but if not they have to find a home as they are not(imv) going to convert something that pays them a coupon to have them sitting around doing nothing. So you buy the first 12.8m and i'll join you for the 200k balance........

regrettably videos don't,normally, lift share prices, hard contractual news or decent rns updates do. Not sure how many of the total loan notes have been converted but this 13m is not the end of the world but if we have another 400mln then thats another matter.

auction 800k offered at 4.28 was a million last auction but 200k got lifted maybe completely unconnected...who knows just timing sucks

Well i suppose 13mln shares potentially hitting the market will put a brake on any rise. Persosnally I think they are/have been sold forward as witness everytime they go into auction lse comes up with large sell orders. lets hope so as if not in the absense of any news we ain't going anywhere.

Probably because this stock is pretty iliquid and any serious buying/selling moves it disproportionately on way or to'ther. MM's when they don't have any volume to fall back on will just go defensive and widen their spread and adjust on any orders as they don't particularily want to be long or short of a stock that they can't make a turn on-it's not how they make their money.

Regardless of any negotiations currently taking place I do find it strange that we have had no update of the utah power plant test which was scheduled to have been completed by 9th march( I understand time frames do slip). Either it worked (as per labratory tests) or it didn't? If it worked why hold back making an announcement and if It didn't then it would have a material impact on the SP and ,even by aim rules, should be reported. but he ho what will be will be.

Ha ha..he mentioned! Different company,different field, different metric but one thing in common. Here Utah,IMO, is the key to unlock the blue sky whereas across the road it�s seismic and T9. Would like to know if there is anything they can tell us about Plant test, results which were scheduled(yes delays happen) on 9th March?

last auction was showing as 404k at 4.58 (lse).Currently 4.36 offered for at least 150k last time I checked

dont think it is a "shake"-there is an lse order for just under 400k that shows each time lvl2 goes into auuction.think it is gradually being worked thruogh which is why cantors is on the offer and the touch is offering at 4.44 currently-imo

Gassed if i may say so each to their own. What you have got to understand about markets is everyone has their own perceptions/stratretergies when it comes to investing/trading. As this share comes more under peoples radars it will attract more types of investors/traders and volumes will increase as will volatility. I think I posted a few days ago that I am a relative newboy(hic) to this share of some 3 months and have built up a seven figure position that is currently in nicely in the money. I also bought 100k at 4 last week and chucked them out at 5 today netting �1000, whilst still keeping my core investment-if that makes me crazy so be it but it's worked for me over the last 35 years.

It�s the name of the pet Labrador I grew up with.....many many years ago,never did find out from my parents why! I am a relative newbie of some 3 months but already have a family sizeable position. I bought in on the whole concept of the idea from coal replacement to the by product versatility coupled with the fact as pointed out below that the share is under the radar. How high..who knows on good Utah power news could be an impressive spike , as the shares are fairly tightly held,after that it depends on how the company intends to grow and successful expansion of its �whole business�. My concerns are it�s AIM and I would like to see a business plan. My gut feeling is that this is a good short term bet for a decent return and a very good hold for the more patience. Personally if Utah is a booming success I could see them being swallowed pretty quickly but he�ll what do I know I�m just a newbie whose popped over from SOU but decided to stay awhile the more I research it...lol gla

Gassed I have my position, I was merely suggesting that a lot of today's activity-apart from earlier obvious buys-were roll overs

especially as the price has remained 4.08/4.2 for most of the day.
