Just a personal opinion but right from the start I have held the belief that it is/was the intention to sell the whole company and not just Eastern Morocco and I still hold that belief. Why because repeatedly over the years JP has said that he did not think that any potential buyer would want in country competition where they could help it. i.e the likes of SDX are out of their control but SM would not be.....just my personal opinion!
I don't see why some peeps are getting uptight about people selling...it's a market for g.ds sake thats what people do. If you want to buy be grateful that people are letting you do so at what you believe is a favourable price. There could be many reasons why some are selling. Wall Street down some 500 points at one stage ,which should have no bearing on UJO, but has on general sentiment and a lot of aim is down so perhaps some sellers need cash for margin calls and the easiest way is to sell a stock that you have some profit in...say like UJO....just saying.
Lynniec easy to be confused and for once LSE not really to blame. I have bt 1.5m this morning at 25.8 and 26.3 and bouth came up red.the problem being that for the last hour the grey market has been choice around 25.9 and in fat for a while in 1m I could buy at hsbc at 25.8 and sell at 25.9 (inverted) so those 5m trades is difficult to say whether they are buys or sells but regardless someone did sell but also someone conversely bought!!!
