Morocco not technically correct, having worked for over 30 years in the commodity and money markets a FOK order is exactly as it says fill it or kill it or in other words it is a bid or an offer made on a yes or no basis and is of very short duration not an order left out for the day as this order(179k) has been for most of the day of which 5000 odd got traded. Fyg you can also have an all or none offer which is as it say also described as no pieces or partials. Hope this clarifies things.

Personally I don't give a fig that Petromac are out...one less seller to worry about in the future. As to the SP well you only have to look at LVL2 and see the weight of stacked up sell orders to realise why our rally has stopped in it's tracks. In a nutshell more sellers than buyers-simple.When the selling dry's up the SP might move on but needs some news that is well heralded and will come and then hopefully the overhang of sellers will have been cleared.Blaming the down movement on "moaners/derampers" and over extended traders is really as bad as ramping the stock the other way. It's market forces same way when the stock rallies it'ds because there are more buyers than sellers.....funny old game really but quite simple to understand really.

I have said a few times in the past that there is (imo) a strong(ish) possibility that we would sell or at least have an offer on seismic alone. Lately however I have come round to the thinking that we will drill at least one well to increase the potential of any LE and all the vibes from the BOD supports this. However I still reserve the right ...to be right with my original thinking though regardless of what peoples views are I think that just the possibility of this scenario should support the share price at the moment plus of course the news we are told to expect. Yes you could sell here and have time to get back in as I think only a successful drill result will substantially move us up BUT what if an early offer comes in....not a ramp just a point of view.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not moaning and actually made a nice turn. I was just responding to RichFy3's comment about talking to the company. I did and felt the investment was no longer for me and so did sell. my money my choice only time will tell whether I made the right decision and as said I hope this comes spectacularily right for everyone who holds. I only came back to look at the board after the rns, i'm not one of those saddo's that back trade-have a good w/end.

RichyF3 telcon-I did , I used to hold 1.4m of these at average of about 3.80 and I had a chat with Richard about 7 weeks ago and by the end of the conversation had liquidated most of my holding. not because he wasn't a nice and helpful chap or because of any inside info just that nothing he told me instilled in me any confidence that this business was going to be monitised any time soon. I wish all those in for the long run the best of good fortune but as you advised I did talk and came to my own conclusions.

Maru-totally agreed but that is not to say that I am happy with the sp,even if it is still above my average. I admit that I have been playing the game the last few days selling,buying back making 300/400 quid a time but always on the sell side...why because evryone else is panicking/dersiking call it what you will but it's easy money. However if you really believe that the BOD have been LIE....G about T5/6/7 then of course sell if not whats changed apart from a lower sp?? If there really was a leak or concerted selling would the volume be 2.5m, I don't think so. So the decision Pi's have to make and it is of course individual and depending on circumstances is stay or leave. I only mention my trading activities not to say what a great jobber I am but to highlight who maybe selling as believe you me I am still an arch supporter of this companies future ability to deliver albeit nothing is certain. GL to whatever anyone decides.

PNE79 My yesterdays has been deleted and I�m not great with iPads but here�s James�s reply to me We have consistently guided GSA in H1 and that is still my plan (after Ramadan). Of course it isn�t entirely within our control but that�s my intention. The drilling guidance also hasn�t changed. We will drill fundamentally when we are ready � so that means seismic fully processed. And yes I still expect to be over the summer. Regarding selling I have not provided guidance about when specifically we might sell � what I have said pretty consistently for a while now is our primary strategy is to drill three independent exploration wells (each one targeting a separate play) and then market the business. In the meantime we de-risk the existing discovery by securing a GSA and development funding. Hope that helps.

I think JP had it right when he said he paid no intention to the BB anymore as full of people with agenda's. Zee truth I can�t answer all your questions/points as like you I have no idea as to who converted or why or even what they intend to do with the shares,maybe place them in a family trust who really knows. But financially of course it makes sense to some as they lent money on a risk basis at what to them seemed an attractive base price linked with I believe a 3pct coupon. They now a year later exercise at roughly 3p and sell at say 4p which is a 25pct gain...not a bad return for a year. Also I maybe wrong but I think loan notes can be converted at anytime without restriction but I am prepared to be advised otherwise. As to converting before any news I�m is irrelevant as they can always sell short into any rise and then convert. Anyway converting prior to news being released is tantamount to insider trading. Anyway just my take on things,in the end doubt any of us will really know.
