To start with I am still 100pct glass full! however the sp weakness does not in the least surprise me as personally ever since the rather-imo-pointless company jolly I have sold first thing every morning just 20k or so and bought back later on taking 100-150 pts as a way to pass the time and relieve the boredom, plus make some pin money- now if I,as a full on LTH bitter to the end chap, am doing this then why not others and especially add into the mix people de-risking because of DD-an own goal imo-then bingo down we go..........short term. just a though

I concur with db71 in so much that when I popped into Sevonoakes a couple of months ago BM said that the best use of 3D was after a Discovery had been made and you wanted to map the field for further development.

Joe,perhaps you are right and there is a very logical reason for seemingly "odd" delays but one has to consider that as we get nearer and nearer to some sort of critical phase that perhaps not everything is in Sounds control. As, an example of playing Devil's advocate, should Ducati's(sic) Russians come rolling in do you think they give one jot about a "site jolly" nor indeed I would suggest JP/BOD or the many thousands of PI's not going either?? Just saying!

I'm no rig expert so cannot comment with any sort of knowledge but it does seem to be taking one h..l of a longtime but perhaps there is a very logical reason but if this is the case why not advise us in a tweet as otherwise having the webcam is now turning into a negative rather than positive. I was for a longtime in the camp that we would be taken out prior to drilling ..hostile or agreed and have only recently got into the lets drill and see camp but this delay and FSC have thrown another spanner into my simple brain unless of course as I posted last week it is to explain why he has sold us/agreed a success incentive or whatever. I believe JP is out in morocco so perhaps something is afoot. legally he can hang on to good news but has to advise of adverse sp affecting news pretty immediately so the FSC (hopefully) cannot be to explain bad news.
As to the visit to the site i really cannot believe that the inconvienence of 80 people when considering the amount of PI's on the register as a whole would have any impact on company changing developments is laughable (imho) but if true then equally SAD. Anyway rambling again but seems something is going on and of course maybe that they have mislayed a sproggit for the drill.......
