personally I believe the two are divorced from each other in so much I get the feeling that the BOD's hands are tied in so much as mentioned below the pressure is on to gain energy independence and if we can't do it-which so fa,r apart from T5 horst, valuable as it is, we have not "proved up the big one". So I believe we have been lent on to put up or shut up so to speak hence fasttrack and in any case we don't have the money or do I believe the inclination to carry out more "TESTS" which guarantee nothing. So on to perspective, again as mentioned below, each PI has their own pain threshold as per price and time and of course risk. personally I am fortunate to have zero risk in so much that pre Badile I got my average down to a pittance but having said that currently I have seen a paper profit of 7 figures disappear which I completely understand makes me still one of the "lucky" one compared to others for who I really feel for, believe you me been there and done it with other shares. So if a deal has been "rubber stamped pre T10 what price would anyone be prepared to accept in reality?? The answer to that can only be an individual one -Me 60p tks £1 bite your arm off as I have no faith in T10-hope I'm wrong but given the opp to derisk ..bibi.
As for going into production-again my opinion-be real it's a nonsense we have no money and do PI's want a miniscule divi over 20 years...joke. just my perspective
