I have to say as impatient as I am for a positive outcome to my 10 years of incarceration (though the cell door was never locked) that is all it is-impatience. I am firmly in the SO/Turtle camp in so much that we really have no option not to trust the BOD to see us right as the saying goes. Why on earth would they not want the best possible outcome? Surely it's in their best interests as well and do we (collectively as P!'s) really believe that the BOD/Ogif/Schlum/ONMY are involved in some grand Ponzi scheme.......
For once I think the "perceived"delay is a positive or put another way certainly not a negative and whilst as investors we can piss and moan and say it is our right to be kept informed at the end of the day you either trust the BOD or you don't. A General will tell his troop commanders his battle plan but not the country he represents that would be just plain stupid. Frustrating as it maybe let them get on with it without constant moaning from us investors. AIMO

to expand on this ,if an MM provides a market price outside NMS and gets filled then the reasoning is that before reporting that trade they are given time to cover their position.

sounder,my understanding is that if an MM has worked a decent sized order then they do have some time latitude before they have to report the trade.

for the umpteemph times those almost equally matched 100k trades are ISA transactions

Maybe it is just my fervent hope that TE10 comes good and we are put out of our misery...sold....soon, but I still believe that whatever the TE10 result we will not drill TE11 ,maybe a re-entry somewhere-but not a new drill as I think country politics will dictate that a major steps in to get things rolling as it’s not only little old Sound that is under a time constraint?

Bugs,not sure if you are having a poke at me but whatever. my post was not meant to be negative or anything else. I was just surprised that the coiling was taking so long and as now pointed out by others a logical reason but the RNS could have in a few words pointed this out. I don't need spoon feeding as been here nearly 10 years so defo not underwater but if we are going to be given updates just sometimes they could be worded in a slightly less ambigieous way as to elivate the last god knows how many posts.

As for the coiled tubing I, personally, do find it slightly bizarre sort of akin to saying ....we are going into battle chaps in 2 months time but don't worry the bullets are on order and should be here -soon.
having said that slightly tongue in cheek comment , I also don't see some mega conspiracy just again an RNS open to interpretation, NOT in its update which was factual and fine but perhaps they could have said-if its true-the failure of coiled tubing is due to a chronic shortage of supply in the industry.................

PNE79. Please don’t get me wrong. In my earlier post I was just trying to put some perspective on how some could people,rightly or wrongly, could read different scenarios into how they interpret what they have been told.

IMO this drop is down to a variety of factors but overwhelmingly it stems yet again from information given by the BOD in RNS's and the BB leaving a multitude scenarios that can be interpreted in many different ways. One the one hand we have been told that post stimulation results will be available-to who??-around the end of March.then we are told testing will be completed around the end of April.then we have answers to emails saying pre-stimulation will be announced only if advised by our NOMAD. So we have still a window of opportunity of 4 weeks where technically we have not been misled....That being said and human nature being what it is it is quite understandable that some will sell as they read into all sorts of worst case scenarios ,why we have no news, or think s..d this I'll come back in 3 weeks. I am a longterm supporter of the company but have for a while now let it be know to JP that the past and current RNS's are worded in such a fashion as to leave PI's the quandrum of interpreting what is being said(written) in many different ways.
I think/hope TE10 will come right and think also the current sp undervalues us with what we currently have but have to say am disappointed that on things that really matter we are kept somewhat in the dark-for our best interests.
I have very much remained here,despite having stared a 7 figure profit in the face, not so much because of a leap of faith with JP/BM, what have they actually found, unless TE10 comes good of course but because of Schlum and OGIF's involvement.
Not sure what my point is except the SP weakness does not surprise me and am slightly irked that it is uneccessary unless god forbid TE10 ain't what it seems.
