The majority of peeps on this BB seem to be concentrating solely on the value of the T5 horst to Sound and by doing so are trying to put a floor on the minimum sp at any LE. This is quite understandably as ,apart from a divergence of ideas as to what that actual figure is, it is really the nearest to "known metrics" that we have. I however believe that this is too pessimistic a view point as it appoints zero value to a buyer of the rest of the license. I prefer to look at it as if buying a house that has a huge plot of land attached, the house is easy to value but the land is subject to a buyers risk profile i.e if I can get planning permission then the value of the attached land dwarfs the value of the house aka can we find any more gas in the license,is TE10 a potential,with work, goer, if going for the whole company not asset is SM of value to me...........none of us can value these metrics as that is up to the person with the cheque book hence the variable are huge 50p-............
