The sp is rarely wrong23 May 2019 11:57
Oh really, I would beg to differ in so much that the price is driven by many factors not least buyers and sellers. ATM confidence in some quarters is shot to hell and a lot of people who cannot see value in what we have got(rightly or wrongly, who knows) are pretty much dumping stock trying to preserve some cash and I for one would not critize-not my money, but to argue that the current sp reflects a potential offer is just plain wrong. this sale process is not like waiting for drill results where the potential for leaks abound but a close knit series of negotiations behind "closed doors". it seems to me that all this outpouring of grief and we are only worth the current sp is self pity and bears no relation to reality. I am not saying all you doomsayers are wrong ,of course not, just none of us know.
